Someone has surely recorded the KTV version of the promo and tweeted it out. We have gone one whole page and it hasn't shown up. Kamar - there is an old American slang expression from my younger days to ask how someone is doing, "How's it hanging?", so I knew exactly what you meant.  |

I didn't want to comment on the video yesterday. Didn't want to be a downer. But, that is SO NOT Adam's style or quality. The script doesn't make much sense in English to start with, but, Adam obviously didn't have any time or power to edit, change, rehearse, review video, etc. Adam hasn't tweeted that video out, right? Something tells me he would be embarrassed/frustrated about it. But, if it pays for the condo rent for the next couple of years, he probably will shrug his shoulders and let it go without further thought. I don't think the promoters would have used it if it wasn't exactly what they wanted. A quick drive-by post before heading to the studio.... There is no voice-over in Chinese commercials starred by foreign celebrities, especially when they speak English (English is a standard curriculum in China from first grade on), although, sometimes there're subtitles. In this case, it's all Adam and other two's original talking voices, from the reports on weibo of those who have already seen the TV commercial. Not sure what you exactly meant by the "silly script and considered audience" comment, I'm guessing you didn't mean to insinuate anything to do with the intelligence of the Chinese gamers or the gaming company's marketing strategy. This mega lucrative business in China is no joke, I can assure you. It's a commercial, not an Adam Lambert photo shoot or MV production, he got paid a ton of money to follow instructions and read a script, not to mention the future potential involvement with the company if RIFT does become a WOW in China.  |

Hm, why does some text appear in invisible ink for me? I'm using the Trespassing 2 theme and except for the blue highlighted words, the above paragraph in black text does not show up on a black background. I have to highlight the text with my mouse cursor before I can read it. Q3, any advice? Is Trespassing 2 theme just not the way to go? |

BTW, give it some hits on YT so the company knows they are getting their money's worth! Just watched again. I can't understand what he said in Chinese at the end of the video the first time I watched. This time I finally got it. Haha, as Maddie said, his Chinese is not good, but cute. |

Ah, ha!! I would say what we have been seeing was an unfinsihed version. That grey background must be like a green screen. Then they added the gaming background to it for the finished product!  |

OK I showed the game video commercial to my DH ,who is taller than I am,he said Adam's eyes were looking right into his.. He liked the video .
If you sit up or stand ,like I just did .. eyes perfect... To add: listen to his speaking voice ,it is mellow,beautiful and his annunciation is perfect.
The chinese part is the date of game coming out I think. I guess he wanted to get that right.
I'm all for giving Adam some kudos...
