Bamafan, yes you are right about the Go Green video. You remembered much more than I did, but I do remember Adam recommending to ride bikes instead of driving and we were all laughing because the Ford commercials were happening kind of in parallel and obviously Ford would not quite want him to switch to a bicycle.
I think they were taken during idol (because similar ones existed for some of the other finalists too) but Adam's only showed up after idol was over, because none of us had seen it and I am not sure whether it ever aired or somebody just got hold of it and uploaded it. I think I first saw it on youtube.
Re: Celebrity comments and where to store them: Cassie, one comment is kind of vocals related, but the other one really is not. I will just put that second post in the People talking thread for now and see what I hear back otherwise.
Btw, thanks for posting those NA videos. I was about to comment that every one of the other 5 was of course invited to sing at that sports event and therefore had time to review/restudy the lyrics, remember where the places were to take a breath, how high or low to start, etc. They had time to prepare themselves.
Adam had to do his version cold turkey. And to be honest he also started fairly low for his typical range. In fact you can hear that the first low note is kind of weak in comparison to the second time around where his voice was at least a bit loosened up. Then when he gets to the high notes you can notice that Adam has still miles of room to go higher than he needs to. And the brilliance of his tone is just amazing and such a contrast to the other five.
