whit an amazin memorable trip !!! an fer all ye cheeky beggars ,yis a can remember it!!
but,there,s always a but a vera nearly didna git ,did a tommy ,lost the bloody passport ,couldna find it at all ,10 days afore takeoff an nae passport!!
pulled the hoose tae bits ,was in a the auld hanbags in the drawers ,even braved down the back o the computer desk ,there was sum freakin scary stuff doon there ,but nae passport.
so a gits on tae the passport office @£1.15 per minit, 30 minits later ,thats 30.00 quid!!
an nae bugger has answered the phone,
when a had a vision ,a remembered where it was!!
a needed a wee dram after that(or twa)
so now ad like tae say a big thanks tae TILLYFILLY, made all arrangements for flights and tickets ,and to her hubby for transport to and from airport.
aye she left me to book the hotel ,she winna dae that agin!!!

a truly uneventfull flight tae finland ,then we git oot the airport ,an ontae the city bus tae find oor hotel in helsinki.
BUT the hotel wisna in helsinki
TILLY sugested i show the address and map tae the driver an he could point us in the right direction ,
so i did ,and he BURST OOT LAUGHIN,AH GOT LAUGHED AT ,tilly,s face now wis gittin kinda stoney lookin it wis comin up tae 11.00 p.m
we bussed intae helsinki ,and trundled oor cases into the station,tae find the toorist info,of coorse everywhere wis shut
a very kind security guard (he wis a bit o alright tae) sent us tae the taxi rank,
part twa commin up a need tae go an poor maesel a drink
