Let's keep pushing the Trespassing video It's the only single that Adam wrote, and obviously the lyrics speak to him. It gains consistently a little more than 3,000 views a day which is not a very brisk pace in terms of pop views. www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvUFOimsQf8

Is anybody else having trouble on this site staying on. It seems like I get kicked off more than usual these past two weeks.
Listening to STAY by Adam when he was in Seoul in February makes me wonder if he was speaking through music to Sauli. That particular performance was especially emotional. The first time we heard Adam do STAY coincided with the timing some of you attributed to the start of the breakup. Guess we have too much time on our hands during this lul.
Love the rumor of Adam and Katy Perry as judges. Some dreams do come true!

I wrote the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I agree with you that Adam really knows the pain and holding back tears. He sings really movingly.

Things I'd like to see Adam do on MY tv: 1. Sing, sing, sing 2. Yes, I know this genre is dead, but I'd like to see him host a variety show. I think there is a reason why singing and dancing competitions have been so popular--people want light entertainment that is fun and well done (mostly). Adam is multi-talented and this would showcase his personality and skills. Take a look at the 10 most popular shows from this past season that Q3 posted. Idol, The Voice, and Dancing with the Stars are there. (And I know Idol's ratings took a dive, but it is still #6 out of all the shows on tv in America.) 1. NCIS CBS 21.6 million 2. SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL NBC 21.0 million 3. THE BIG BANG THEORY CBS 19.0 million 4. NCIS: LOS ANGELES CBS 17.5 million 5. PERSON OF INTEREST CBS 16.2 million 6. AMERICAN IDOL (Wednesday) Fox 15.1 million 7. DANCING WITH THE STARS (Monday) ABC 15.0 million 8. AMERICAN IDOL (Thursday) Fox 14.8 million 9. THE VOICE (Monday) NBC 14.4 million 10. THE WALKING DEAD AMC 14.3 million A number of us here have been saying for years that we think Adam should have his own variety show. While the genre may be considered dead, it may just be waiting to be resurrected by the right person! And... what goes around comes around. Lady Maserati posted a YouTube the other night, and I saw it was one of four compilations which, to me, is a perfect audition to be host of a variety show. He can interact with anyone and it's always fun! And kudos who put these together.

First, I wanted a new pic of Adam for my birthday and I got one. Yay!
Second, thanks for the birthday wishes!
Now, on to GLEE. I wish that GLEE would have gone for a commemorative Finn episode. One with flashbacks to great episodes, songs, etc. To me, including his death in the storyline seems like it would be complicated to include the grief, shock, guilt associated with an accidental overdose. Will they keep revisiting survivor feelings throughout the storyline for the remainder of the season? It will be interesting to see how the writer's handle it.
Maybe Adam will be included in the episode. Maybe they'll work in "Underneath" as a way to express Finn's unexpressed feelings (if they write about Finn ending his own life). (My silent prayer is that they don't make Adam the school's grief counselor.) I doubt if he'd allow but, j/s.
I was surprised to see IDOL rank as high as it does in the TV ratings. I've viewed it as a sinking ship for quite awhile now but the numbers are still quite impressive. I loved Cassie's comment about rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic! Hey, with the numbers they have, coming up for funds for Perry wouldn't be too hard. I doubt if she needs IDOL to launch her new album but maybe she has some time before touring and would like to sit in LA for awhile. I think if Adam does get to judge, he will be the reinvented Paula -- still kind but not whacked. Personally, I just don't see him in the mix but I still want it for him.
I'm not that aggravated over Queenbert. I'm happy that so many people will be seeing Adam for the first time. I see mega Glambert converts which can only be a huge boost to Adam's US credentials. I'm hoping for a redo of the 2nd Hammersmith performance. I want Adam and Queen to blow the arena wide open. I hope we see a very self assured performance; I just want him to really nail this one.
I hope A3 falls somewhere between the A and B side of Trespassing. I'd love for Adam to invent a rhythm and beat all his own. Dragon Attack meets FYE (new version) meets PTL.

This is why Idol needs to get their PR machine in high gear! Almost everyone thinks The Voice is beating Idol and that Idol is a sinking boat! Even Idol's results' show beats the Voice! 1. NCIS CBS 21.6 million 2. SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL NBC 21.0 million 3. THE BIG BANG THEORY CBS 19.0 million 4. NCIS: LOS ANGELES CBS 17.5 million 5. PERSON OF INTEREST CBS 16.2 million 6. AMERICAN IDOL (Wednesday) Fox 15.1 million 7. DANCING WITH THE STARS (Monday) ABC 15.0 million 8. AMERICAN IDOL (Thursday) Fox 14.8 million 9. THE VOICE (Monday) NBC 14.4 million 10. THE WALKING DEAD AMC 14.3 million That really opened my eyes! I too thought the Voice was beating Idol - because of the media hype. Perhaps the Voice will lose viewers after the most recent comments about the purpose not being to find the next music star. I would think that comment makes future contestants dubious about trying out. The purpose seems to be about boosting the careers of the judges. Regarding Adam's STAY performance - Since we don't really know who broke up with whom I certainly wouldn't speculate on his "emotions" while singing it. He's emotional when singing Underneath and Soaked and many others too. He's a professional and can infuse his performances with feeling.
