Just to close the loop on my work -- I am currently engaged in research that involves multi-modale brain activity measurement and analysis. The explicit research focus is on marketing applications, but my work has potential applications in other areas, most importantly and theoretically, Traumatic Brain Injury. It is a long way from theory to reality but today was a big step forward.
Thanks for all the congratulations -- I will be back with an update in a year or three!

Most visitors traveling the streets of Philadelphia are looking for some history. On August 12 2010, I was looking for the Adam Lambert concert. At the Tower Theater, I found the history, too. Rock and Roll history was made and can be seen in the lobby's collection of old Tower concert posters. I was particularly fascinated by the Queen posters from January 31 - February 2 1976.

I have been thinking about some stuff as I listened to music radio today, which is a rare thing for me to do (both thinking and listening to radio). If it takes two to three years to develop an album, how does an artist predict what the sound of that future time will be? Adam has spoken about EDM dying out and the singer/songwriter thing as current. I heard several songs that sound so similar and make me think of folk music or irish bar singalongs. I can't imagine that will be around much longer, I personally hope not. It gives me a whole new perspective and appreciation for what successful artists can pull off. The established ones obviously don't have near the issue and they have their own sound so they seem to have more leeway. I can't imagine what Adam might come up with next. FYE and TP were pretty different. I can't even define what he does.

Oh that was such a long stretch with no news, no photos, no Adam. And we all survived.
Hard to believe that we are bored with a concert in 6 days.
And can we imagine if this were pre-internet? O.M.G.
Agreed, evergreen! Pre-internet with no news sources except entertainment magazines, shows like ET, newspaper articles/reviews. Very few photos, especially when an artist or actor was not actively involved in a project. These days are bountiful even during 'slow times' compared to those earlier years!! Yea for twitter, Instagram etc. etc.
