It seems to have excited 'Trespassing' man Lambert, who tweeted: "Mine are touching @ladygaga great single." 'Applause', however, seems to have been given a mixed reception by the general public, with @talkdatalk telling Pressparty on Twitter that it is a "waste of time". @stephen_Tilney meanwhile said: "Worse Than @calvinharris .... I'm not really disappointed that Lay Me Down wasn't chosen as the second single.. I think having Adam and Nile on the album is great. LMD,IMHO,
probably doesn't represent the direction where Adam wants his future music to go.So It's all good.He gets the exposure, and hopefully some
profits from the sale of the recording,without confusing the public about his musical direction.
I'm not pre-ordering the album now,but will buy the single LMD on ITunes when it comes out. I want Adam to get the credit for that song.
BTW I really like GAGA's Applause single.. Edgy..

Not a new jacket IMO. I think I've seen pics with platinum hair, the same white shoes and bleached jeans. China or perhaps Japan last year? Or could be Australia, he had that hair then... Yes, if I were to search I would start with China, first the 80's show and then the other (voice?).

That's a good choice. It has originality and different sounds - still tied closely with Avicii's own sound. Maybe helps in not alienating EDM fans too much (they were complaining about the first single). I guess that was the idea. And EDM fans complaining about the first single is putting it very politely. Also, they do not need a new single in the US right now. Wake Me Up is still moving up on the US CHR Radio chart and just entered the CHR Top 40 a week ago.
