An aside,has anyone read The Night Circus.. by Erin Morganstern.. such great fantasy,so charming and lovely. Carry on Yes. Wonderful book and I loved the part about the "rêveurs", who followed the circus around identifying themselves by wearing red scarves and ultimately formed a community. Reminds me so much of us.  That's why my kids asked me to read it. They said the book reminded them of us, the adamtopians.. |

That's why my kids asked me to read it. They said the book reminded them of us, the adamtopians.. You have very smart children. I have often contemplated quoting some of the passages about "rêveurs" here because her descriptions really make you understand why being a fan is so special; that it is not just about the object of your devotion but the connection it engenders with others and how special it is to belong. |
