they did not play DSMN. Neil had a solo on a funny looking bass and Roger drummed on it. Concert was great!!!

I could see this section. There was nothing empty, they were standing almost the entire time. Yes, there are other photos that show it full to the rafters. Can you answer the setlist question? Did Neil have a solo? Did they perform DSMN? Neil did solo, Roger drummed on his bass as he came down to do under pressue. no Stop Me Now, mykid wanted to see it. No call and response. Audiance sang along a lot with Brian and WRTC as well as others, cool to hear. Took sleeves off before Killer Queen. Guys behind didnt know who Adam was. Could here them say after the first half that he was awesome. Chipmunk effect even if wearing earplugs at first on softer notes, fine when he was louder. |

Seems like the reporter who covered the concert for the Vancouver/Edmonton Sun, made 2 errors: 1. "From the opening quartet of Now I’m Here, Sheer Heart Attack and Fat Bottomed Girls, the singer was on. But May’s guitar-tistry overshadowed all." > It was "Now I'm Here" and 2 songs from Sheer Heart Attack, not the song "Sheer Heart Attack." 2. "The 20-plus song set didn’t miss a moment in the band’s history and certainly delivered the hits. While I would have relished Seaside Rendevous, you don’t complain when the version of Don’t Stop Me now bounces that hard." I never remember seeing photos like these from a concert. There are so may great photos. |
