I think he is telling everyone he is in love! That would be so much sweeter than tweeting about that punk rock band. I hope that's what he means!!!

Whew ...been gone for a few days... lots to catch up on ... I just wanted to mention how jealous I am of all the viewing parties going on in various parts of the country. There is an article in the new Oprah magazine about online friendships (although in that case it was a cooking blog that started it) and how real friendship developed from it. I was thinking they should have researched Adamtopia to see what what happens when online friendships mix with real life! Since I've never managed to get anywhere that other posters gather, I have a question about your parties: do you all call each other by your real names or by your Atop names? I really love it when people refer to their husbands as Mr. Whatever their online name is (as in Mr. Mangokat! For some reason, I just found it hilarious that you were all sitting around watching GlamNation Live with Mr. Mangokat) I think the blog is great idea. I'm always amazed at some of NoAngel's and Q3's essays. The writing here is way better than some of those Examiner articles. Maybe when Q3's private concert happens, I'll be able to attend and hang with you all. By the way, Q3, by any chance were you heavily influenced by early Hayley Mills movies? Because this ... "So I have cooked up a little plot. My special dream. Adam, I hope you are reading this today. It is a scathingly brilliant idea. Here goes….." is right out of The Trouble With Angels! I expected that when we met face to face we would all refer to each other by our birth names. Sometimes we do, but most often we revert back to the Adamptopia call names. I have gotten quite fond of "Cassie" as a matter of fact. There is a special kind of kinship when calling one another by our ATop names which feels kinda warm and fuzzy. And freeing from our daily identity. When you get a big group like that, it's hard to remember both real and screen names. Also, I tended to call people by their real names if their screen names were complicated or a lot of syllables. Otherwise, the screen names are more fun. I think most everybody just called me Coke.
