Almost forgot to ask if this article was posted. Excerpt: Adam Lambert: The One Thing That Makes Him So GreatWhen I first heard Adam Lambert, I just couldn't believe my ears. It was--literally--unbelievable. The problem with that kind of vocal perfection is that it is often too perfect. While every note is in place and every nuance is flawless, voices and performers of this caliber often lack one crucial element: soul! Article Source: EzineArticles.com/6166264ETA - Darn. Appears to be an Examiner-type site. But still. Guy loves him. Just because authors post in online article warehouse sites doesn't mean they don't have credentials as an author or an expert on the subject they're covering. It's extremely difficult to make it as a freelance writer and I have made some extra money by repurposing some of my published articles on one and would do more, but it's extremely time-consuming. I wasn't able to produce enough for the site I was affiliated with to stay on regularly between paying gigs. The Examiner Adam writers aren't my favorite because they tend to recycle information that we already know and get paid per click. (But damn, if I was still a struggling freelancer and knew about that shizz from the beginning of my standom, I might have jumped on that train. Though I WOULD aspire to add a little insight or originality, not just repost headlines or tweets in the form of an article.) Experts on any topic under the sun can post articles from home repairs to dining reviews to quantum physics. If they have no credibility, that quickly becomes evident. The sites I was familiar with DO manage for quality content. Suite101 edits rigorously (or they did several years ago) and they screen for your experience when you first apply, like any job. From his bio, this guy is a musician with quite a lot of performance experience and expertise. ezinearticles.com/?expert=Michael_PickettAdditionally, just because someone has a paying gig at a newspaper, magazine or website, doesn't make them an expert; far from it. The vast majority of working media get these gigs (like so many jobs) because they're in the right place at the right time. They're a young, hungry reporter when the opening comes up and they're next in line. And like with any job, you learn fast and often do become quite well-versed very quickly. However, in these days of media skeleton crews, writers are covering so much territory and so many subjects that you don't have time to immerse yourself in in-depth education. ETA: LOL, and sometimes, it might be the ~wrong place at the wrong time. Many people get gigs they couldn't care less about, but like everyone, you do what you have to do. For instance, I have the feeling Jacob at TWOP is totally OVER his Idol assignment right now. He was not a fan or watcher before he got the gig and now his total contempt for the show as it is now often comes through in his commentary.

LambertUK ADAM LAMBERT: Acoustic Live - The Magazine - t.co/dX7hKGv (via @glamrockgoduk) "Say what you want about Adam Lambert, but there’s no denying this dude can sing."Hahahaha... "Say what you want," the reviewer can't deny THE VOICE. So American idol fans will want Mad World on repeat... Don't worry, dude, we get that you are too cool for American Idol but are glad that you have to admit that you "somewhat like" the EP. The voice is pretty mindblowingly crazy, isn't it? And Mad World is obviously a cool song by any standards, so go ahead and mention it. For all of the American Idol type readers, of course. Critics are all getting on board and admitting that the dude can sing, anyway. And CAN HE SING. Dude. You know you are feeling it. Just let it happen. Don't be skeered. 'Cause say what you want about Adam Lambert, once THE VOICE starts working you, resistance is futile. .

Random post here - I love this! I had totally forgotten about this performance of Broken Open, who remembers were it was? It was posted on Angelina's blog: soundbath.wordpress.com/2011/04/16/introducing-grammy-nominated-sonyrca-recording-artist-adam-lambert-on-uk-radio/#comment-61She now has the full transcript of her program there, hope everyone will check it out and leave a comment for her. If anyone hasn't heard this program yet, it will be on again www.mywordradio.com today and tomorrow at 10:00p.m. UK time, 5 EDT, 4CDT, 2PDT. Angelina said the program has now been heard in 51 countries. With the 40 minute program, and 45 minutes of FYE played afterwards, that's almost 1-1/2 hours of Adam's music playing daily on UK radio. YAY!!!!!!! If you click on the title it opens in YT and the full title appears, complete with the location right in the title: ADAM LAMBERT - BROKEN OPEN (LIVE @berns, STOCKHOLM 31MARS2010)

This is the famous "chatty Kathy" There are two girls that keep talking through the whole song (HOW CAN THEY DO THIS >:( WHILE GNAFL IS SINGING!) and he tells them at the end "you need a cotton on your mouth hahaha!!. There is another video that he keeps talking more and says that he is trying to sing a song about intimacy and they wont let him >:( . Good for him that he calls them out.
