Not at all. Since they couldn't reschedule it would have been an interesting alternative to nothing. *shrug*. A tour like that wouldn't work but a one-off? Sure! Only if you see Adam as not a vital part of this tour! Easy there, he clearly said as an alternative to nothing not as an alternative to Adam. Has nothing to do with comparing it to the show with Adam. |

For my $0.02, since I love Queen as well as being a total Adam stan, if this was *my* gig, I'd want Brian and Rodger to go on. Adam will get well and sing again. And I will see him again in a different concert setting. However, and realistically, I have no idea how much longer Brian and Roger will be able to play. Honestly, I'd take talon's setlist in a heartbeat if I couldn't get Adam one night and that was my only concert opportunity (particularly since I'd probably never hear those song live otherwise). But, as I said, differently people will feel differently about that.  |

Like many,many others I went to a Queen Plus Adam Lambert concert because of Adam and to add Queen said they wouldn't appear with anyone else but Adam..so .................. |

I've always thought that Brian and Roger were about the only band in the world that could do an entire tour with only the audience singing. I'd bet it would work OK as a one off... considering the alternative.
