wow! that is so cool, sitting in the VIP section. ANd nice to read Adams family was there as well, who were there from his family? It was not a VIP section -- Hammersmith had two things: GA floor and the Balcony with seats. For the GA floor a few people had VIP wrist bands and got to go in before the people in line. For the balcony -- most of the first three rows center went to the artists and to ticket brokers. I bought first row center seats from a ticket broker. The second night (July 12, 2012) I was GA floor -- and it was better. I was not VIP but I ended up on the catwalk and was literally right in front of Adam when his pants split. Neil, Eber and Leila were at the July 11, 2012 Hammersmith concert. Eber was with Amy Wallen. I saw Leila after the concert and I do not know where she was sitting. I am not sure who was at the next two concerts. Mirelle....I was just kidding about being in VIP, which led Q3 to kid about VIP's etc. Q3...shared, it was not a ticketed VIP, as per this last tour that had several VIP ticket options. I bought a fabulous single ticket in the balcony through the Presale, as I was not getting two great ones together. I sold that ticket to an Atoper from Toronto, when ileanne, whom I was sharing the trip experience with, bought two dead center balcony, row 2.... through a broker at slightly over face value, the same day, when she could not get in the area she wanted. Each ticket was about only about $25.00 more Canadian...(shock). Plus we got to sit together. I snapped a few pictures of Adam's family and friends ....bad of me I know. I blame it on ileanne who was asked to see if she get get a picture of Sauli, and she was too shy ...so with guilty feelings I stood up and took a few quick snaps. I remember bits from glancing at the group when leaving for the washroom, prior to the concert start, and I also just checked my photographs to refresh my memory. I did not see Amy, but maybe she arrived later and sat to Eber's right. Leila was there. They were all smiles and hugs, although Neil and Eber seemed to be in their own little conversation, while the other changed spots and conversations. They sat in this order for the concert: Eber, Neil, Leila, Sauli, Sauli's BFF, a young gal I did not recognize, then Danielle... Beside Danielle was a fellow with salt and pepper greyish beard who was very friendly/ huggy with Danielle. Maybe just the guy seated beside her...but sure chatting each other up. Haha

I would like a concert DVD with all the extra stuff as well. However, I have seen nothing about signs at Wembley saying they were videotaping the concert and the audience members might be recorded. I think they need that disclaimer in order to use the video on a commercial release. So, the recording folks saw yesterday could just be Queen's regular obsession with recording every concert. I read a post yesterday at QOL from someone who has attended a number of QAL shows. There was apparently one hand held camera filming the crowd...... other than that, just the usual cameras.

The droopy microphone penis during the STL preamble is hilarious. Damn he's quick somebody get him on SNL stat. Loved in this show how he was bantering with the audience - he's really progressed on that front over course of this tour. Although I secretly hope we never lose "are you having fun"... because we signature lines like that always need to hang around.
