Thought for MyS*&@^#r50 and I: Cam is touring and Zac is with Korn. Korn will already be at the Russian festival. Might we get one more performance with Zac? (Nothing against Cam, I just LOVE what Zac brings) I like the way you think! |

Thanks for the warm greetings!!!The only BIG problem with this fest is that it's a ROCK thing. Like, crazy hard-rock loving fans come to slam, drink ALOT of beer, camp out in the airfield etc...in other words, GROSS. I dunno how Adam will fit in this atmosphere. Plus, the fans, who are mostly girls from 16-30+ are a little afraid - what it will be like to find themselves in the crowd of shouting drunken men... It's a one-ff opportunity to see him though.  What do you think?  OMG gurrrl... you be from Kyrgyzstan?? ( I thought you were from Hawaii!! LOL) Your English is totally perfect! How is this possible??  Anyhow, our new St. Petersburg member, coshkimishki, voiced the same concerns, and also added the possibility of homophobic to the "shouting drunken men". Up on stage, there is nobody more fierce and badass and rock 'n roll than GNAFL when he's doing a fierce, badass, rock 'n roll song. I just don't know how many FYE songs he could do that would be appropriately badass enough for drunken shouting possibly homophobic Russian guys! LOL But I think Adam loves a challenge.  Lots of pretty ladies in that region.... my daughter is Kazakh. I've been trying to understand this Moscow concert thing.. are we sure he is playing at the Rock festival? |

I am a little apprehensive for Adam in Russia. Lots of Russian men are quite mean and love to drink and smoke and are not respectful. Major homophobes. Not all mind you. Russian mafia anyone.

You guys are making me a little nervous about this Russian concert. Doesn't sound like the place for a "POP" star. Adam can rock it out with the best of them - but what will he sing? Covers? Old The Citizen Vein material? New stuff? What?

Haha! me too.....and note to self - don't let my mother anywhere near Mr. Adam Lambert. She reaches up and grabs every man's face and then gives it a good ol' slap. *ouch! (hubby and son start bracing for it before they're even in her presence).....she's 90 now, but she did it in her 60's too. :  What the heck?! Boundaries, mother, boundaries!! ...and WELCOME to ilovehawaian and evie!! We're getting so international!! COOL BEANS!! LOL LOOOOLLLL!!!!!!   |

Needed something cheerful - have spent the evening in Twitterwonderland reading with random searches, so much fighting and backstabbing and stalking and whatever. A learning experience. I've been trying to understand this Moscow concert thing.. are we sure he is playing at the Rock festival? the rockfest tweeted Adam earlier in the thread, but he is not listed as a performer yet, so this is all guess work right now, but Adam did tweet the other night at the twitter party that he would be performing in Russia at the end of May. I think Adam did a great job last summer on the tour at the big jamfest radio concerts, and will do fine, and will probably do FYE music, as that is what is playing over there. If he has any new songs finished, he may throw a couple of them in there. |
