koshka and holst and Q3 and geezlouise, thank you. I see, #1 is always good = Tove Lo has fans = perhaps they'll check TOH out. I know Adam likes her   As for me - after listening to the songs holst and Q3 posted I'll stick to flailing over Dr. Bri's collab!

This is why Tove Lo is awesome. See her talking about writing Talking Body which is #20 on itunes. youtu.be/_8lFVDt_bjkAnd when Ghost Town is released, no need to look at itunes "pop" chart to make it seem higher. The main itunes chart is what matters. Wish the fans didn't seem to try and manipulate things. Maybe the song will work because it is good?! Hope non-fans like it in that earworm way. The track names sound intriguing. Regarding the earlier Hedwig rumour, taumbu here is the one who had firsthand info. Just wanted to straighten the record. |

I associate ravens with Edgar Allan Poe and cockatoos with People mag and Adam. If the raven is in the Ghost Town music video, goodbye EAP and hello to another Adam association. There's a cartoon I remember but cannot find, of Poe sitting in his study, while ravens all around offer him ideas for a rhyme: "two by four?" "corridor?" "mop the floor?" "either or?"... |

I agree about the fan attempts to manipulate things -- I have never seen it work. But I understand when fans want what they do to count. And I support real gift because it creates new fans. On the Hedwig rumor, thanks for remembering it was taumbu. It was firsthand to her, second hand to us. The only one I recall a producer actually talking to the press about was trying to get Adam for Spiderman back in 2009. He wisely passed on that one. |
