Sorry for the soapbox post. Perhaps I can blame it on finally eating after a 25 hour fast. Or perhaps I can blame it on spending the past day thinking about the past year of my life and hoping for the grace to live a better life and be a better person. I know I have a lot of work to do and do not feel like I have much right to tell anyone else what is right. Thank you Q3-that is beautiful Agreed, lovely sentiment..

This is coming from a dinosaur of this thread. I began with Planet Fierce in 2009, and following Adam has been part of my life since that time. Many of us followed the entire relationship of Adam/Sauli for two years. What's happening now is not 'shipping' - this is remembering and relating to Adam's life and his happiness of several years ago. Through Adam's tweets; through the media; through actually meeting Sauli at the 2012 concerts in London, many of us who are still here remember a great deal about their relationship, their 'household', their break-up. So, for us, seeing Sauli in Buenos Aires is not our telling of 'fan fiction'; we are not fantasizing to a greater degree than anyone here who has fun with the GB or the pants or the (beautiful) backside or the profile or even the armpits. We are playing - - - just as Adam plays with us - with the mic stand, with the hip thrusts, with the tongue and the licks. This part; these comments about Sauli in Buenos Aires, are meant to be speculative joy, and I am surprised that it's okay to talk about every aspect of AFL; but somehow to wonder if Adam might be with Sauli, in Buenos Aires, is considered off limits by some. Adam found joy with Sauli - why should it be off-limits to imagine what their association might be now? I've been reticent about posting since last May - when the furor over 'older Glamberts' hit the proverbial shit fan. I'm really beyond caring what others think, anymore. I'm here for Adam. End of story. There, I said it. I won't apologize anymore. Boy. Has this site changed. R-E-S-P-E-C-T is something that we should never forget about. I was not here 6 years ago. I was part of another Adam chat group that recently split apart due to arguing about what should and should not be posted. I'm new here and I'm just starting to get the hang of things enough to really enjoy myself. So PLEASE folks, let's not get caught up in petty disagreements!!! Let's just all have fun together here. Part of the reason that I came here, is because this site has a moderator to help keep things peaceful. We don't want to lose momtomany or any of our other loyal members so let's NOT destroy the BEST gosh darned Adam Lambert fansite in the world with bickering over trivial subjects. And, if anyone is interested in my opinion, the fact that Sauli flew to Buenos Aires to spend some time with Adam IS part of a discussion about Adam Lambert, not just idle gossip about Sauli.

mireille ! Brilliant work on the KQ vids. I think you should definitely include the Merriweather KQ in your history. First fanboying Adam waving some coolness to Brian with the fan and then him spitting on someone with a broken arm. He spits, starts asking the usual 'did I get you... ' and then sees what he has done. 'Ah you have a cast on, SHIT. Is it okay?' good one! I add it to the list. I now start to wonder what Adam did during all the concerts, haha. On a rainy day when I have nothing to do, I am going to look into that ;o)

I thought the ones where he yawned when Brian joined him were very funny and I'm sure Brian didn't mind. However, Adam walks a fine line with the audience and I expect he didn't want to antagonize die hard Queen fans.

I was at a couple of the "yawn" concerts and with mega-Queen fans at one -- they thought it was very funny. A lot of Queen fans I know love Bri but also think he sometimes overdoes the guitar breaks just a bit.

And I also think that this fine line with not upsetting the die hard queen fans made them decide to go for fanboy Adam I will dive into the KQ video's! I like this job, and seeing KQ so many time is a great job, i LOVE this song. When I have it, I will post it of course.

Would it be possible to put them in a KQ sub-thread of QAL or is that a dumb idea? I just like the possibility of all the best KQ videos in order in one place! Q3 -- interesting about your Queen fan reactions. I only went to one show in Vancouver and I remember the guitar solo did go on and on and the energy in the arena sagging a bit. However, I do love Brian -- and it's his show and he can do what he wants!
