Thanks for the link. To me and my totally untrained ear, overall she sounds better here even with the couple of obvious cracks. She has dropped that breathy, little girl sound I heard in the first video. That's a plus. She is now using vibrato as well, making a more mature sound. And I hear more resonance in her tone. But the woman is shredding her voice! Painfully so. It is cracking all over the place. That is usually from already bruising or inflaming the vocal cords, and then pushing even harder to hit the notes. It is a husky sound that Adele made wildly popular in her previous hit album, but, then, she blew out her voice, didn't she? If you are thinking of going to see her on her world tour, better get tickets to one of the earlier performances. If she is still singing like this, she won't make it through the tour. No offense to her fans, but that is painful. I could not listen all the way through. I can see how you could easily destroy your voice very quickly if you were doing that night after night. |

All these artists have new music out and will need to be touring next year: Tove Lo, Pentatonix  , Ellie Goulding, Elle King, Conrad Sewell, and more. They are currently charting on Top 50 of CHR. I think Tove or/and Pentatonix are perfect! |

Ricky Matin; Michael George....think of all he jokes they could make about people mistaking them for each other...could riff off of each others songs....could be a blast
Melissa Etheridge and Robbie Williams have both expressed interest.
I would walk on water to see him with KDLang.
But it is the 'older' more seasoned performers that appreciate and applaud Adam....the younger, not so much...so there is the conundrum.
Adam and Sam Smith could conquer the world...
What would be brilliant though would be Adam and Tove Lo with Toddrick Hall...and imagine the quality show....Toddrick has so much talent...I am less enamoured of Tove Lo but she brings diversity and fans to the show...I can see this as a concert txt starts in medium size venues till the reviews start rolling in and them move to larger ones.....and make it splashy...

cassie, I would love to hear your vocal analysis of Jessie J's voice! Imo I think she has one of the most well-trained, versatile voices out there! And a great vocal range as well (I've heard her whistle register -- wow!) youtu.be/weGF2SUJt_w

Right then I thought "She is in Adam's league". An amazing talent. |
