We don't know that there haven't been. Adam is keeping very tight-lipped and he may have asked collaborators to keep everything under wraps as well. Most of what writer-producers have tweeted is flail with little detail. Not sure if there's a duet or not but I don't think Nikka would be afraid of dueting with Adam. I would love to see them duet in one of her shows. It would be awesome!! I'm sure there are plenty of artists who would do a collaboration with Adam, if the song called for it. Nikka or Pink wouldn't be worried about the voice comparisons. Kesha would be a fun collab and would add her rap-speak to a fun dance song. Most of the time, collabs include an artist who is a strong vocalist and an artist who brings something different to the song. (rap, country, reggae, etc.) If you look at the collaborations that are on the Pop charts right now, and over the past year, the songs have included a pop singer with a rap artist.

Take refuge in books, films and music. Often get lost in the vast Internet world though. iamhks.blogspot.com/

I follow 11 people on twitter and none of them have anything to do with Adam's career strategy. I figure he and his team know what they are doing so I don't have to bother keeping tabs on that stuff. Frees up more of my time to ogle the pretty ;D I follow a lot of people on twitter, sometimes for a long period of time and sometimes briefly. It is interesting to think and learn about how Adam's career is managed, just as it is interesting to speculate about the kind of music he might make, his collaborations, even his fashion choices. I am interested in all of the facets of Adam's career, maybe because my son is an aspiring musician trying to put together his career as well. We are all interested in different things, but one thing we all have in common is our very real interest in Adam. Following twitter leads is kind of fun ...I only speak for myself, but for me it is part sleuth, part researcher and part *very interested* Adam fan, LOL yeah I get it. But with a full time job, family and friends and I already feel I spend far more time than I should just being shallow and looking at pretty pictures. If I started trying to figure out the inner workings of the music industry and how Adam is running his career I'd have no time left for my real life. I guess I just don't care how he runs his career as long as he's putting out albums and performing. BAD FAN *slaps wrist* haha

For those interested in the music industry and specifically the UK market in view of the focus today, this is the Guardian newspaper's list of the most influential 100 players in the business today. It only came out last Thursday so it's bang up to date and makes an interesting read. For example, they have Adele and her team at #1 and people connected to Radio 1 are all over the list. You can click on the names for further info. www.guardian.co.uk/music/2011/may/26/music-power-100-full-list

I was wondering how many songs Adam has to record before he decides what will be on the album 20 sounds like alot. He's probably close to ending the demo part and close to entering the choosing part now. Last time he had over 20. Counting all the bonus trcaks and foreign tracks he used, what, 18? He still has to do his Max Martin songs though! Hoping for at least 3 of those. ;D I seem to recall that Adam had 29 songs recorded for his 1st album. Does anyone else remember this???
