from an amsterdam review "No crap between the songs like most of the concerts, just only great live versions that sounds like Single edits with a very hard and loud electrobeat in most of the tracks." ALL KILLER NO FILLER
Seriously though, everyone prefers something different. Some want their performers to appear more human..... some want a god. I'm happy for Adam to save the human part for when he leaves the stage......

I don't understand why people seem to prefer filming with Periscope rather than livestream/ustream, and instagram rather than youtube but both of these newer formats are often harder to open [especially when they are pasted here via twitter instead of directly] and as a consequence there are often almost whole pages full of blank posts or posts that need refreshing multiple times. Periscope is almost always just a little strip in the middle of a page instead of full page, instagram is 15 seconds or less...after the refreshing to open..... Are they just a lot easier for the person filming? There must be an advantage for them as there is none for the viewer. Is the little strip because they hold the phone vertically vs horizontally? I've wondered if it would look different if they held the phone horizontally instead.. I believe so...or that is what someone said once. Whatever it is, almost all videographers get the little strip....the one today was wonderful and the sound was terrific...but it was a strip down the middle of the page.

I know it is not just me and I regularly purge my history etc....my internet speed could be better but it is not a problem with the other formats. [ Yes. Periscope is extremely easy to use. All you need is the app and a twitter account.

I'm not sure. It was on the setlist, but in parenthesis. It did seem to me like the stage was dark about the time he usually starts talking...like there was no light on him. So IDK. Hopefully he'll add some talk back into it. The following is not meant to be argumentative or call anybody out except maybe that tweeter, I just occasionally think about it ... As a general rule, I personally do not understand the importance of "the talk". When you go to a Broadway show for instance, no one expects the actors to stop in the middle of the play and regal you with light banter, or if you go see a comedian no one expects a random if heart-felt song thrown in, so why would anyone want to stop what is a well-thought out production with a short speech, not even a dialogue, just a speech. For me, Adam speaks through his music, the way he changes up melodies, lyrics, uses his body to emote. Words are OK, but totally unnecessary when it comes to Adam, the show is everything. Like Adam said, we pay him to sing. That guy tweeted, "Still a great voice though", like it was diminished by lack of a short talk. IDGI I kind of agree with you. Although it's fun for everyone to hear Adam's talk, and what he says is important, it's not really "personal" in that he says the same thing every night, basically. As do other performers (my brother mentioned the same thing about Pink). But on the other hand, most people only go to one show, so to them it feels personal. For this show, I think I saw on an earlier page that there was an 11 p.m. curfew. I wasn't here for the show, so I don't know how close they were to the curfew. Maybe he dropped it because of time?

So if Adam had talked for 3-4 minutes, then he would have had to drop These Boys from the set. Think he was trying to keep it in!
