I need some help, if it is not too much to ask, I would like to learn how I can bring gif here. Thank you. You should be able to bring it in just like a photograph. I Use the insert image icon(the one that has the trees and sky) in the menu board click it, when the box pops up erase the http:// that is in the image URL space and then paste you gif address there.

Changing the subject... I mentioned that Angelina Kalahari is considering writing a blog about her observations regarding Adam's voice and his growth as a singer. I thought we could encourage her by sending her a list of questions about it. For example: "I read that Adam is a leggiero tenor. What is that? What does that mean?" "When others perform I have difficulty understanding the words. Yet, with Adam his words are clear. Is that something with the sound system, or something he is doing?" "People talk about Adam having 'great technique' as a singer. Honestly, I don't know what that means, and how they can tell." "Why does Adam's voice sound so incredible to me?" "When trained singers say Adam, or any artist is a great singer, what criteria are they using to say that?" "I worry about Adam singing such long shows so many times. Is it dangerous for his voice?" I am sure you all have questions about that incredible instrument and how Adam uses it. If you post them, I will make sure Angelina gets them. Maybe we can inspire her. I would like to know if Adam has planned out his vocal runs or does she think some of them are off the cuff and, if so, how difficult is that to do? I understand that opera singers are not mic'd and have to project to the back of the theatre (some do it better than others in my experience!). Does she think that Adam could do that? I listen to the periscopes and very rarely do I hear him take a big breath. How does he do that? I see other singers straining the artery/vein? in their necks, but not Adam. Why? And, of course, how does he achieve those seemingly effortless high notes??? Plus, why can't Adam rap? lol

When Adam was on AI, he put his tongue out when hitting those high notes. He doesn't seem to do that any more. What changed?

Ok y'all I'm an Adam can slice bread and do the dishes at the same time kind of girl but... he has a long long long way to go before (in my opinion) anyone should be talking about him as being in any way similar to Bowie or Prince. Just feels disrespectful to those artists who were transformative in their music and person. Adam's doing great and I'm happy to leave it at that.

But, would love to hear him do When Doves Cry. So sad today. I remember begging my mom to take me and my best friend to see Purple Rain

Perhaps people are pointing out the potential that exists in Adam to be that type of icon and game changer. That's what I'm taking away from those comments.

Yes, that was my point when bringing the link over. The npr segment I posted referenced similarities that draw people to Bowie/Prince--playing with gender, otherworldly qualities, willingness to try anything, nonconformity, playfulness, dirty/raunchy in a playful/non-aggressive way. Adam doesn't need to have a large catalogue for me to group Adam with these legends when these are the descriptors.
