Susiefierce, The after elton article did bring a tear to my eye. I love that his Dad gave him that look, that show of pride. He will always have that memory... to bring a smile to his heart, when he thinks of his Dad. ----- Listening and reading about the Lambert family and the support Adam experienced from his parents about his sexuality is much like my girl friend who has a gay son. My girl friend went to a psychologist about her son around age 5...she knew, but was not sure about the if's and what's ...she just wanted some guidance. It is confusing for a parent wanting to do the right thing. The advice... just love him. On his own time he came out to the family (early 20's). He was a social worker turned costumer. (Very successful in the US and Canadian movie and tv industry.) Lucky girl friend...designer bags and designer clothes for presents... best of all a loving son. I also appreciated that support for the Lamberts also meant PARENTING. Eber did the dad role. The stories of the fall out with Adam and Dad over not forking over funds to help him studio recording (when Adam was having a wail of time partying and unemployed etc.). And Adam told us... Dad was not going to support him when he dropped out of college. They didn't let him starve...(mom sending Trader Joe cards, dad helping with rent). It makes them real as parents. They did the parent thing...but had their limits. I hope Adam and Eber have grand Father's Day. Because they have been so open about their lives.. it allows me "to feel". I Can't describe it....and is more than... I like this song and that voice...it is "whatever" about Adam, that draws me to this forum every day. So many beautiful words... Thank you stampsgal. Madonna will probably tour in 2012 -- with or without a new album. Tour dates are unknown and the tour was pushed from 2011. Madonna's tour last tour grossed $295 million so I think that it is a safe bet that if Adam and Madonna tour at the same time, Monte will tour with Madonna. But Monte has never answered the hypothetical question publicly so fans will need to wait and see what happens. Regarding her new album, it will be easy for this independent album to get distributed -- she will just sign a distribution deal with a major label or a independent distributor or maybe just iTunes, Amazon and Walmart in the US + and international deal. Then she can keep all the money. |

It's so odd to have a post-AI pic that we don't know exactly what the event was, lol. Adam's hair really does look fabulous there. Reminds me of this hair, which is probably my favorite hair evah: Wasn't that the date of OPRAH? If so, it doesn't help us much 8-) |

Q3.....My rule (recently adopted) is that I MUST absolutely adore any piece of clothing I buy. I used to buy so many clothes which looked "okay" just because they were a good deal..... also try to adhere to the "buy one - donate one" rule to keep my closet from overflowing...lol!
NoAngel....word. I enjoy the diversity of Adam's fandom. Hopefully, come album 2 we won't have time to get on each others nerves...haha!
(latest photos.....my gawd that boy is hotter than hot!- He models clothes to perfection! I'd sure want him dressed in my stuff! - do you think he's been approached? SkinGraft of course - but what about some major designers? )
