For those of you waiting for tickets/passports for Quebec, a bill was passed yesterday to force Canada Post back to work early this week....it needs a rubber stamp by senate today and royal assent then mail should begin moving in the next day or two. Spring2009, Does the postal strike stop every piece of mail across Canada or are there exceptions? |

The Adam banner on the NTY -- is only on the online version. The NTY ran the Google It Gets Better video in their banner and someone screen capped it when Adam was on. This video was not on the paper version. But no one shopped the Adam on the online version. |

I am going to post something odd but good..... In scanning the articles about celebrity reaction to Gay Marriage approval in NY, I am very pleased that Adam is NOT in every article as "the gay singer". And that many of the celebrities who are quoted as supporting this change are not gay. IMO this is great because Adam will be most successful if he is known as a singer-songwriter who just happens to be gay. And, more importantly, we will only get real equality when the majority of Americans believe it is right -- not just when one minority is fighting for their rights. I get it...I too was 'pleased' to see that his RT was not one used it lots of the mentions. The more he is thought of as a singer first, the better....just as he wants. Honestly, by design or luck he makes the right moves, always, LOL |
