Kara! Silly wabbit! Which girl did she write those lyrics for? Allison? Puhleeeze...... that song was a damn disaster and she is a liar. Dang, I had already forgiven her because Strut is really so good, but now? She is just in denial and trying to save her face. Everybody puts out crap every now and then, so let her try save her face. Most people wouldn't realize that she's talking BS but the Season 8 Idol fans. Really, the only girl she could have written it for was Lil - and it would have had to happen before Lil was booted, and before the judges realized Lil was no winner material. So, after Lil was booted, and it became apparent that a guy would be winning that thing - because they certainly didn't support Allison and even if they expected Allison in the finale, No Boundries was no more suited to Allison as it was to Adam - Kara should have written a new song instead of hoping they won't crash and burn. So yeah, BS. But, I love Strut too, so Kara redeemed herself. I wouldn't even mind if she and Adam committed another song together. |

A little OT, but I think it's relevant to post this new article on actor/singer John Barrowman here. It's a great article (and I'm a big Torchwood fan). He and Adam are very similar in the way they live their lives and view their sexuality. My dream is for Adam and John to be on the Graham Norton show together someday -- can you imagine what hilarious havoc that would be? Three very funny, very talented gay men in a room together with an audience... www.afterelton.com/people/2011/06/interview-with-john-barrowman-torchwood-miracle-day?page=0%2C0I love the Graham Norton show and was really hoping he would have been on during FYE UK promo, but hopefully it will happen for #2. He would be great with the format of that show, interacting with Graham and other guests for the whole hour with a singing spot to finish. The show is so much fun and laid back so it would surely be even more fun than his "plucking" or "dreidel" interviews. |

Since we're tlking about the Memphis Idol concert, here's the pic I tweeted from the After Party that night. These are Kris' brothers friends. Maybe one of them IS Kris' brother? Can't remember.  Isn't this picture from Little Rock? The Idols left Memphis right after the concert to catch a plane to Tampa, Florida. No time for any after concert signing at Memphis. Tampa was were the stalker stuff happened -- started the same night -- early in the morning actually. Brought this over from yesterday's thread to answer Q3's question. This isn't Little Rock. I didn't go to that concert. I took this picture at the After Party in Memphis. The Idols didn't go outside to the barricades in Memphis because they were flying on to Tampa but they did do the After Party. I tweeted lots of pics of Adam from the After Party. Here they are if you missed them back then. Ignore the first few pics on pg 31 for a few days until we get to the Duluth (Atlanta) concert. needacokejealous..... jealous..... jealous..... ,....I'm so jealous of Needacoke too. She has many hilarious stories to tell concerning her Adam escapades going back to the Idol tour time. You'd love her. She's a uber hoot, a treasure-trove of Adam info, and a total sweetheart !!!Hope we can all meet up during Tour #2 ! |
