I'm not surprised at all that Adam voices an opinion occasionally about his thoughts on leaders and policies like gun control. There are some Idol former winners/contestants who would not speak out on issues of the day if their very lives depended on it. But Adam has never been one of them. Love that about him. He is a citizen and he speaks out sometimes, without preaching, on issues that are important to him as he should.
