Trying to catch up, and just watched that awesome Green Day crowd singing BR! Does anyone have any details? They're not singing a capella, cause I can hear the BR music in the background = did someone plug the song into an amplifier somewhere? What a thrill for Roger and Dr Bri to hear that! omg!! Absolutely amazingly wonderful for the Q boys to see and hear the grandness of that song being sung spontaneously when it was played. I was wondering if it was a random song that is like the many played prior to a concert starting?? Or, was it somehow planned?? I would think Green Day would choose the selection of pre-concert songs.
The audio in the video does not start at the beginning of the song, so it could be spontaneous and someone took a video of it. But it was a pretty amazing view that was captured if not planned. It makes one wonder.
No matter which way it happened...certainly just a very heart warming moment captured for Brian, Roger, and Deacon (if he keeps up on anything).

One of the commenters under that YT said BR was played as part of the "pre-concert" music selection by Green Day. Sounds quite possible to me...

Can someone explain to me how this works. This is the same pre-review from Seattle where the reviewer was obviously disliking Adam before they even played there. Now here it is again in a Boston article with the same guy and same BS but with a more insulting title. Why are they going around trying to trash the show and Adam before it even hits an area. And if they wanted to post a Seattle review, why not the one the was done after the show that proved QAL a hit? What is going on? www.bostonherald.com/entertainment/music/2017/07/queen_replaces_freddie_mercury_with_jester_in_adam_lambertGot me angry enough to comment. What rubbish! I'd like to get paid to free lance my uneducated opinion to the newspapers too. I'm just surprised the Boston Herald was stupid enough to buy it.

Sometimes I just don't get it. Why would someone write an article slamming a performer without ever seeing them perform?
Then, I think about the guy who created that video clip of HeWhoCannot amed beating up the guy with CNN plastered across his face. CNN tracked him down and he apologized profusely for his video and other hateful, homophobic and racist videos he posted. He swore that he doesn't really think those things, but he just likes trolling people on the internet. Getting them worked up. Getting reactions to what he creates. He gets great entertainment from trolling.
Is that it? Do some people just get off on raking muck to incite people? To see if they can influence others, even if it is in a negative way? Do they feel powerful doing that? Is this author enjoying provoking Queen and Adam fans?
People are strange.

This guy is probably just living in his miniscule little world trying to get attention to boost his insecurity. He is insignificant in the overall reviews. I mean seriously...reviewing without even seeing the concert...that's about all you need to know about this guy. Personally................. I DON'T GIVE TWO FUX!! (Yeah...I went there.lol!)

Have a wonderful time, adamrocks! I have to wait until July 30 to see my concert but I'm really enjoying reading concert recaps here and watching periscope and post-concert videos. Aww...thanks msloyalfan. I am sooo excited. I want to see my brother and SIL's reaction to the concert. Think I will have my son sit next to my brother so I don't have to worry about it!lol

What is going on? www.bostonherald.com/entertainment/music/i2017/07/queen_replaces_freddie_mercury_with_jester_in_adam_lambertThe article was syndicated (sold) by the Seattle Times through TNS -- Tribune Company's Tribune News Service which serves more than 1,200 media clients, online information services and information resellers including the Boston Tribune. The {moron} writer at least corrected Freddie's shoes from his first {clearly ignorant} version where he had Freddie wearing platform shoes. First version -- Lambert aspires to fill the platform shoes of the long-deceased frontman and rock superstar. Edited version -- Lambert aspires to fill the shoes, or sneakers rather, of the long-deceased frontman and rock superstar. The first version proved he was not worthy of consideration, not a Queen fan, never saw Freddie perform, just snarky. BTW Freddie did not wear "sneakers" -- he wore Adidas.
