OK it is time (past time) for me to buy my ticket to the Philly concert and I went on the Wells Fargo site and I am surprised to find I can not find the pick your seat feature that I used last time. So what is the best way to find the best view from a specific seat for my short, short self?

So what is the best way to find the best view from a specific seat for my short, short self? The venues that do not have their sales thru Ticketmaster, rarely have the interactive seat map. Philly and Houston are just 2 examples. If you can't get a seat 1, along the catwalk on the floor, then I'd suggest going up one level to first section off the floor.
