I also bought my ticket for Berlin!!!! This time I‘ll be standing. I need a new perspective! Thinking of it, I could even ride my bike to the venue- my own Bicycle Race. Let me know, if I can help any of you Berlin-visitors! Is the area around the venue far from the city center? I haven't started to look for hotels yet, but it would be good to know. I'm planning to stay for a couple of days, so it would be handy not to stay too far from the city. Thanks! Petrajo, we booked the "NH Hotel Berlin Mitte" last time, a very big but nice hotel! It's located directly around the corner of the Friedrichstraße and near to the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt, the "Mall of Berlin", Checkpoint Charlie, etc.! There were also many restaurants, etc. around the hotel! I don't know how far it is from there to the Arena and also to the Western city center at the Kurfürstendamm, but on the map it doesn't look too far and you are "directly in the middle" between the Western part and the venue! BTW, there are also many other hotels in that area, if you click on the little map and scroll, more and more hotels will pop up! www.booking.com/hotel/de/nhberlinmitte.fi.html?aid=304142;label=gen173nr-1DCAEoggJCAlhYSDNYBGg7iAEBmAEHuAEGyAEP2AED6AEBkgIBeagCAw;sid=1382c150ff658bc003ce0134f1ae9759;all_sr_blocks=6057010_96869232_0_2_0;bshb=0;checkin=2018-06-18;checkout=2018-06-20;dest_id=-1746443;dest_type=city;dist=0;group_adults=1;group_children=0;hapos=1;highlighted_blocks=6057010_96869232_0_2_0;hpos=1;no_rooms=1;room1=A;sb_price_type=total;srepoch=1517660817;srfid=39027005b6abb49922981ced38519cbde505dc87X1;srpvid=342d578752200143;type=total;ucfs=1&#hotelTmpl

Nevertheless it’s in the middle of the city, meaning there are shops and so on close by. Berlin doesn’t really have one city center. As I wrote, there are always two (East and West), since the Wall parted our city.. This is where most of the sightseeing is done. BUT every „Bezirk“ of Berlin has its own city center. I live in Spandau (240 000 inhabitants thus the smallest Bezirk by inhabitants)and we have a city center with shops and shopping mall and so on that is as big as many other bigger cities in Germany, plus all the shops, that you can find at Alexanderplatz. The reason is that in 1920 every city close to Berlin, that were independent cities until then, had been made a part of Great-Berlin.😉, now just „Berlin“.

It should be close enough and a good price. Thanks everyone!! I'll be a happy explorer. ☺️

I just booked a room in a Plus Hotel. It should be close enough and a good price. Thanks everyone!! I'll be a happy explorer. ☺️ Sounds great! Have fun! Edit: I just checked the hotels mentioned and their prices (since I live in Berlin, I have no real knowledge about its hotels 😂). All I can say is, that they are MUCH cheaper than the hotels in London!!👍 The hotels near Wembley Arena cost 2-3 times as much as the hotels here..😳 So welcome everybody to Berlin!

Don't you know if there are e-tickets for Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg?

Don't you know if there are e-tickets for Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg? I never had the option of an e-ticket for any QAL-show in Germany or the UK(only Prague). So I don’t think so.
