IDK if it's ok to post my recap from Berlin show here... but I try. QAL BERLIN-IVAA'S EXPERIENCE And I'm so fucking proud of the fact, that I stan the most talented singer of the world. Fabulous recap, ivaalambert! I appreciate every detail. I loved hearing about the pre-show preparations, that your mom was with you, the special moments during the concert and your impressions of Lucy. I hope you get to see Adam again and so happy you shared your experience with us!

Under the "read more": "Rather, Queen and Lambert are keeping the musical legacy and utterly impressive catalogue of songs alive and visible out there on the stages of the world. People should lay the fuck off comparing the dude to Mercury and simply embrace him for the insanely skilled and fantastic vocalist that he truly is. Say what you will, but his swagger, attitude, and charisma suit the great Queen machine just perfectly. Those pipes of his are out of this world and as evidenced at Telenor Arena, he is in complete control of his voice."One of the best comments I have seen in a very long time. The idea that Adam must be compared (sometimes unfavorably) to someone who has not been on the stage in over 25 years is just silly, imo. Look at the show and the performer and tell us what you think and how the audience responds. People are really enjoying the show and there is no need to try to play down the excitement and praise of QAL. They have one of the best shows out there and Adam is a major reason for that success. He is at the top of his game and Brian and Roger could not be happier. Rock on QAL!

I posted a published review (not mine, I just translated it) of the show in Berlin in the thread for that day. adamtopia.com/post/871996

I laughed and cried along with you as you shared your glorious QAL concert experience. Thank you so much for noting so many details. I loved reading how you saw Adam smiling at you and how you appreciated all the JOY being spread out to all the audience that night. Having been fortunate enough to have seen them in concert over the years, I know exactly how you felt---except the added happiness of having your mom along with you {that is a memory you will both share forever } No need to feel sad now---just remember your word "until" Until you see them again. Again, lovely lady, thank you for sharing your wonderful recap.

Thank you to all the people who have written recaps -- and such lovely long detailed ones too!! I think this video might be Nightowl's, but I might be wrong as I saved it the other day to watch later. I had to laugh at the ending. At 2:25, as Adam is singing and pouring his heart out, I noticed a guy very purposely walking towards the stage. Then he pulls out a Swiffer and starts scrupulously wiping up the stage. LOL -- the juxtaposition of the out-of-this-world with the mundane! www.youtube.com/watch?v=QanjxrvijoI

And I actually tried to, but there was no chance to complete the filming without that man wiping the stage. 🙄 Someone beside me said, that an audience member had thrown a drink on the stage, but I haven’t seen that and couldn’t find it in any video. 🤔 Maybe Adam had just been sweating too much and they had to dry the floor, so that no one slipped. 😉

Adam is out and about now, having fun with friends. I saw him in one of Jack Anderson’s (jackbanderson) insta stories. I just don’t know, how to bring it over.
