Good Lord.....hope I can get up this early....lol Seems awfully early for an announcement. Maybe something for NYE? Or maybe QAL tour? Can't see info on new music coming out at 8AM. I wonder if the announcement we’ll be a QAL NYE performance 🎭 m the back of Bohemian Rhapsody now officially being the highest grossing Music Biopic in history. I hope it’s new music though. We’ll see.

Having rewatched the video a few times to concentrate on the dancers, I would say that their dance is really just an American Smooth Vietnamese Waltz, as opposed to an International Viennese Waltz in which you would stay strictly in closed hold. They have added a few lifts which would not be allowed in competition but are common in a show dance. Otherwise, I don't see any moves that would be out of character in an American Smooth Viennese Waltz competition. And the rhythm of WWRY is a Viennese Waltz! I do see a few moves that have a Paso type flavor but I really don't see any Paso Doble per se in the dance. But I also see several moves that have a Samba influence and even some Rumba influence. Lots of ballroom dances take influences from other dances all the time. About half of the moves in American Foxtrot and Waltz are the same but set to a different rhythm. And just from the way the female dancer takes a few steps with turnout during the dance (not done in smooth/standard dances), I would guess that the dancers are Latin dance specialist. Tee hee. Auto correct humor.

I think Adam's in his total EMOTING zone while singing Believe. He often flutters his fingers in QAL concerts, too. To me, he's "revving up his engines" - accelerating his emotions and excitement. Just my crazy interpretation.

Thinking about the announcement, I kind of hope it is a life-event type. For instance, a new label, a timeline for A4, or maybe a fashion line of some kind.

Omg everything is so exciting today ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Wonder what the big announcement is all about... About Adams performance: i thought that the sound was more raw/isolated than in the concerts... I need your help people. My friend and i got into a discussion. She said Adam flying so long for one song is unprofitable. He needs a pa, a sound engineer, stylist, one suitcase is for his microphone and inears alone etc. And i argued that he probably doesn't have the biggest entourages and so on, he's quite hands on and sometimes goes to interviews alone... Does someone have any knowledge or educated guess, with what kind of entourage Adam would travel for this? If I recall correctly, Adam usually travels with a PA (personal assistant) supplied by his management company to handle all the travel and business details. Although in London, it is possible Sosh acts as a PA on occasion. But shows like Strictly or Kennedy Honors would provide their own sound engineer, especially if it is being produced for TV. And they would know what to do with any special mics or in ear monitors that Adam brings. And Strictly has stylists for all the dancers, so they would provide the same for Adam if he wants it. But Adam is also known to do much of his own styling.

Does anyone else notice in the video as he keeps switching hands that his fingers start fluttering toward the end?? I think I am seeing things. Anyone else?? Maybe you are right and he was nervous. I'm not noticing that. But there is good reason to be nervous. Usually the president (but not HeWhoCannot amed last year or this) and many government officials are there, plus celebrities.

Gosh I was so busy listening to Adam's gorgeous interpretation of Believe ,I didn't notice anything other than his amazing voice. I can't wait to hear the rest of the song..

It's 1 pm UK time, if that makes any difference? If it's a QAL announcement, it does, even though Adam is in DC. Whatever it is, I will be ready .... once I wake up Brian announced a "band meeting' while Adam was there this weekend. They could have recorded an announcement and it would be releasing it at 2pm in London....making it 8AM Eastern. Just a guess. As long as the darn tickets don't go on sale on Tues....lol
