After watching the extended clips, I am even more impressed with Adam. He gave such good critiques. Reihmer is right... I also want a Tickle me Adam doll that gives critiques! And his advice to Oliver.... how great was that? Whoever said that Oliver just needs a trip to burning man, I'm sure Adam would agree with you. Everyone on that show was hearteye-ing at Adam. My sister was a lukewarm fan during Idol, lukewarm Idol fan, too, but completely turned against Adam after AMAs. I didn't worry about it because she's not a music person anyway. I mentioned PR a few weeks ago and she happens to watch it. She called me a few minutes ago to say she watched it last night and was shocked (what can I say?) at how well spoken and mature Adam is. I didn't want to push, so I just said yes, he has really grown, is a real people person, etc, so she didn't feel I was trying to talk her into anything. It's not as if she's going out to buy a CD when it comes out, but it still makes me feel good that she understands he is something special. |

Adam continues to amaze. He looked like he was holding court last night with both the designers and the judges. Every new door he opens just shows the world the grace, intelligence, spirit, humor, kindness, and love of this very special man. He knocks me out everytime he puts himself out there. Love, love, love this man to pieces. Love, love love your words, couldn't have said it any better! Just 2 months after FYE came out Adam was rubbing elbows with Barry Weiss and Simon Fuller at his birthday party and seeming to be very comfortable with it. Last night he was a perfect fit for 3 people considered icons in the fashion industry. Between these events there was Leno, The View, The Talk, Nightline, and walking numerous red carpets with the elite. He is a social genius who fits in anywhere because he is smart, observant, respectful, and not a show boat. One of the first things my sister mentioned was his quiet, confident delivery of criticism. He's amazing. |

This is exactly an example of the effect that a TV appearance has on viewers that aren't usually exposed to Adam. They don't become instant fans, obviously, but they get a positive impression and will remember him. They may become fans later on. |

Pharrell seems like it was a recording session vs. a co-write. Adam did say this on twitter: adamlambert Adam Lambert @@jam2885 One of the producers I was extremely honored to write with was @pharrell Williams! Whew. I don't think y'all are ready for that! 20 Sep Great catch. I am so tired I forgot about that. Still think this connection came thru RCA. Pharrell worked with other RCA artists including Britney.
