Wouldn't it be perfect if both Adam and Rami won in their respective categories at the Dorian awards? If one wins and the other doesn't, that's okay too. They both stand out with their talent and charisma. Winners announced at the January 12 awards toast, whatever that means. Can we hope for another chance to see Adam in a suit? twitter.com/brianmaycom/status/1082370525576523776(I realize this was posted by Brian's official twitter, but still he must feel proud of his two "adopted sons" haha)

Ahem, back to events at hand... Looking forward to hearing Adam's song on the Elvis special...even though I'm not really a huge Elvis fan. I'm not familiar with Blue Suede shoes, will have to google/YT it. I am sooooo looking forward to this special and expect I will buy the accompanying album...I have only been a fan of a handful of artists...and only partially stanned one and fully stanned a second...Adam. He is by far my lifetime favorite. But my first musical love was Elvis. I was eleven and besotted with Elvis, especially Jailhouse Rock, Blue Suede Shoes, Heartbreak Hotel, Lonely Street...and I can't help falling in love with you. My ex DH loved Elvis even more than I... This conjoining of my two biggest musical loves is just heavenly! Now if there were only a way to throw Leonard Cohen in the mix, along with Colm Wilkinson hahahahaha.....NOT!! but pretty keen on them too

Thanks nightowl. That may mean they aren't financially invested. I was hoping they could share in some of the big movie profits. Maybe they'll get a cut of the DVD/blurays, etc. or some other aspect. I just want them to profit....but all the praise, awards and acceptance of the film is their main reward.

Love, love Adam being the frontman for Queen. He brings so much life and energy to the band. I didn't follow Queen before Adam. But it is also gratifying to see Adam invited to participate and recognized outside of Queen. The Kennedy Honors, Wicked, Elvis, Playmobil movie and this nomination for the Dorian award just add to his stature. But we must remember that Adam helped Queen win a Classic Rock Award (Band Of The Year). Adam looks so gorgeous at that event as he and Brian accept the award. And Brian is so appreciative and acknowledges that Adam was a new beginning for them and helped them win this award. What was also great was that Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page was there. I wonder if he remembered that they allowed Adam to perform "Whole Lotta Love" on Idol. And look where he is now,up on stage accepting an award with Brian May and as the frontman for Queen. Roger has said it was that performance of WLL that caused his jaw to drop. Led Zeppelin allowed one of their songs to be used on Idol, for the first time, because their kids liked and were talking about Adam. www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=100&v=kiMnuKUzffM
