So I went to look at the replies fully expecting to see Ariana Grande to be IT...but nope... it’s something called BTS which looks like a Kpop boy band ... yeah the BTS fans are pretty fierce. I see them in the Queen comments a lot as well when the Spotify stats get posted. It's indeed a K-pop band. My musician friend likes them A LOT so i hear quite a bit about them and their fanbase is unmatched. There was this best social media award and it was a fan choice...i think they got 98% of the votes ^^

I think it‘s from The Original High Tour, early 2016? The hair would fit. I wasn’t around during the first Queen Tour, so that’s too early.

I just saw the leopard print shirt which rang a bell. But TOH era makes sense. I can't quite remember the timeline of it all, but I do remember that I was in LA in the summer of the culmination of TOH tour. Wow, nightowl , so you haven't been on board too long then. When/how did you become a fan?

I came to see Queen, but couldn’t ignore the guy with the beautiful blue eyes (I noticed THAT from other nosebleed section, when he took off his sunglasses during AOBTD), who had me entirely after the double hits of „Save Me“ and WWTLF. YouTube became my best friends for the next few weeks. 😁 „The day, I met Adam“ or: The performance, that sealed it for me (like „I really like this guy! And I have to look him up“) -not my video, I was high up in the stands. youtu.be/rC6XAIWawZ4

I was the closest to the stage that I have ever been "Save Me" was one of those rare treasures.

I was the closest to the stage that I have ever been "Save Me" was one of those rare treasures. I saw them by chance, while zapping around the channels of my TV on Christmas in 2014. They were just performing on the „Helene Fischer Show“.I was stunned, that Queen was touring. I‘ve always loved some of their songs. I liked, what I heard, went online and bought a ticket, before the show was over. Then I almost forgot about it, was reminded by my calendar and went to the concert without further knowledge. That means: I knew Queen‘s greatest hits. And that Freddie Mercury was dead and Adam Lambert was their new singer. (I only remembered the name, because his name was on the ticket. 😉). I didn’t know even Brian or Roger. And after the first songs (One Vision and Stone Cold Crazy -both songs I didn’t know), I wasn’t sure, if I would really like the concert. Until then it has been awfully loud and I did barely understand a word of what Adam was singing. Then I knew more and more songs. And they were more to my taste. And all was good! 😁 And I remember, that I was really missing Adam, while he was off-stage for the long arcustic section by the rest of the band (Love of my life, Selfie stick, ˋ39 , A kind of magic).

Wow. I have another friend from Berlin who became an Adam fan in an almost similar way. She noticed him on the "Helene Fischer Show" while channel surfing and bought a QAL ticket immediately. The rest is history. She has been to 12 concerts in the meantime, both solo and with Queen. I liked "One Vision" but SCC not so much. And for me too, the wait time for Adam to return from the break was loooong during their first tour. My favorite opening so far was the one in Vegas to WWRY, with the purple coat - very captivating and attention grabbing
