MarketingBitch @liblondmom Sunday @newsday 25 Best summer concerts in NY includes @queenwillrock with @adamlambert of course lol, where'd they get that picture of Adam? Oh, not Adam. But arm tatoos. Not Adam's tatoos. But really, the nose folks will disagree, but it could almost be Adam. Looks like Dave Ghrol to me.

Also, IMO, divisiveness is caused by "superfans" continually telling other fans how to show their support, etc. I've been following Adam for 10 years now, have bought all his music, but I'll be damned if I'm leaving the fandom because I don't happen to care for his new song that much or can't afford to go to every concert. I still bought it, and plan on buying the rest of the album also. We should be able to express our opinions, gushing or not, and not get told at every turn that we're distressing someone and that we're not good fans for not loving everything he says or does or sings. The people on this board come from many different backgrounds, have many different personalities, it's unrealistic to think that we're all going to agree on everything. And who gets to decide the things we're supposed to like? One last point...not liking a song, or a haircut, or an interview doesn't necessarily equate to not supporting him. Sorry to disappoint, but I'm not going anywhere any time soon.
You go, girl!! I personally have not issues with varied opinions and different forms of artist support, but what drives me crazy is deafening silence at times.

Having had a Jewish mother and being one myself, I don't mind "reminders" at all. Whether I follow them, however, is my choice. So, girldrummer, keep posting them. Sometimes, real life gets in the way and it's too easy to forget something that you really want to do.

Honestly, I can't complain about the hair being gone. This is a very handsome picture. This morning I announced BIG NEWS to my DH, and of course he gave me the when I told him that the news is that Adam cut his hair. His answer..."That was a no brainer with Queen coming up. I definitely saw it coming."

I don't mind the reminders, either...in fact, I'll be watching the documentary again tomorrow...I haven't seen it for a while.
ETA: Gigi and Adam make a stunning couple...all we need is Javi in the picture and holy moly !!!

Re the hair...I don't know of course, but I suspect he may just be giving the hair a bit of breathing time and then go with the extensions again....it is really difficult dealing with extensions at the best of times, but he had no bottom hair to attach them to...or lower side hair...so he would have had to constantly be aware of not letting the hair be loose enough to flop up or back and allow a view of that side and bottom hair. These extensions would have allowed that hair to grow and removing the existing ones would allow for a proper shaping of his own hair. It must be tough when you have to deal with thousands of peeps having a vested interest in that same hair hahahaha. Most can go away or hide out ....or just let it be as nobody cares anyway . A little more growing time and he can have proper extensions that allow him way more flexibility. That is what I would do if I were him. If he could stand it, it would be best to actually keep it his own till after the summer QAL tour...but that is not necessary...he could likely get a pretty good set done just before... It will be an added bonus bit of fun to see how he is going to go on this. I would be surprised if he just dropped the whole long hair goal....doubt that...jmho...for fun Hm, I thought extensions were just clip-ins that you can put in or remove at will. Is there a semi-permanent type of extension? How are these put in?

Oh, just read a few later posts... funny... I am not picking up any negativity on this board... all I see here is real love and support for Adam and his multitude of projects. seriously.
Different perceptions for sure...Test: I was soooo very disappointed this morning upon finding out he cut his hair... is that statement a negative one? My atop universe is obviously different, because I rarely pick up on any negativity and infighting, either. There are times when folks complain about the negativity and almost always I'm like Huh? I go back and re-read the thread, and STILL can't find the negative stuff, even when I actively look for it. And then I'm like WTF IS THE MATTER WITH ME CAUSE I CAN'T SEE THE NEGATIVITY there must be something wrong with my brain!!! Yes, nica... I'm disappointed about your hair disappointment. But as you stated, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is the NOSE, and it's STILL THERE so it's all good!!! I totally agree! I don't see all the "negativity". But then I'm the type of person who loves to get into back and forth "discussions" about the best way to solve technical (computer programing, math, etc.) problems and I consider that to be a positive way of brain storming solutions.

Is there a semi-permanent type of extension? How are these put in? Clip ins are for fun but full extensions are glued in....small cm wide sections twisted and equal size lengths of hair are literally glued together....you can also sew strips in to pre-braided tiny rows but that is the old way...generally they are glued in or braided together if you have enough original hair...def. not a go for Adam. Once you have enough length of your own and are using extensions more for fullness than length, it is much easier...you can just tie in a band of hair. But when you are adding that much length to short hair it is a major operation and lots of work. Actually easier to just wear a wig....the AI hair may indeed been a wig that attaches at the top crown...so natural hair in front...

Most of the negativity that has been happening is not actually from people on this board but sometimes someone from here brings over or talks about negative comments on twitter, instagram or some other source. Then often someone else reads it as if it is being said by the person who brought over the item.
Sometimes things are attributed to Adam when they aren't even comments by him. Just recently there was a twitter comment that was widely discussed as if Adam himself had posted it even though it was in third person. That comment was by someone whose @ name was something else entirely but they had adam lambert in front of the @name. People forget that on twitter handle has two parts. So Adam's name when he tweets is ADAM LAMBERT(Verified checkmark) @adamlambert. This comment that everyone kept saying was Adam was from some other verified account but the name after the @ was not Adam. The part in front of the @ can be changed as often as you like and some people change it with their mood.
Often we end up with more posts about hating the negativity than there ever were negative posts to begin with. Which then spirals in to people getting upset with each other and so on.
