Well, I said that Adam was probably holed up somewhere around Dublin in a hotel or estate. Did not know that this may be 640 acres of a hole, but I like the theory.
Sorry, but all my plans to keep hopes down have just completely and officially flown out the window. I am not saying these are expectations, certainly not, and I will be happy with anything we will get, but boy that dream is looming strongly in the back of my mind right now and won't go away.
I am just totally happy for him.....totally happy for him......totally happy for him

To be clear the link provided said Bowie maintained this residence for tax purposes only and also that he has never spent much time there. I think he "really" lives in NYC and Bermuda. When he isn't working he spends most of his time in Bermuda..is what it says. But... what if? At least meet him...

BUT.. if he actually comes out on stage and performs with Bowie I think I may actually shed a tear for him.. because I know how thrilled he is to be there with someone he is such a fan of.

I'm thinking the Glamnation should assign its "citizens" a livestream based on the first letter in their last name or user name or something. I envision the first stream going down, then the 2nd steam going down, then the 3rd stream...well you get the picture.....

I had wondered if Adam flew to Dublin, because flights to Belfast were simply sold out. Perhaps his inclusion in this has not been so planned out, but rather more last minute, so flights were booked. But....hearing how Bowie is a resident of Ireland, living outside of Dublin....hmmmm... I would love for Adam to meet him and perform. Do we know what the illness is that Sharon Osbourne spoke of on "The Talk" when Adam was on the show? I hope it isn't too bad. (All this talk about Queen has made me sad about the early death of Freddie Mercury.) I also have to say that I loved that Adam has held Madonna's advice so close to his experience with fame. "Eyes on the prize." Honestly, this had to have been the singular piece of advice given to him that he has used the most. Wise woman, wise man to hear the wisdom of those words. This is what I found in Wikipedia:2004. Onstage in Oslo, Norway, on 18 June, Bowie was hit in the eye with a lollipop thrown by a fan; a week later he suffered chest pain while performing at the Hurricane Festival in Scheeßel, Germany. Originally thought to be a pinched nerve in his shoulder, the pain was later diagnosed as an acutely blocked artery, requiring an emergency angioplasty in Hamburg. The remaining 14 dates of the tour were cancelled.[112] Bowie in 2009 with his son Duncan Jones at the premiere of Jones' directorial debut Moon Since recuperating from the heart surgery, Bowie has reduced his musical output, making only one-off appearances on stage and in the studio. He sang in a duet of his 1972 song "Changes" with Butterfly Boucher for the 2004 animated film Shrek 2.[113] During a relatively quiet 2005, he recorded the vocals for the song "(She Can) Do That", co-written with Brian Transeau, for the film Stealth.[114] He returned to the stage on 8 September 2005, appearing with Arcade Fire for the US nationally televised event Fashion Rocks, and performed with the Canadian band for the second time a week later during the CMJ Music Marathon.[115] He contributed back-up vocals on TV on the Radio's song "Province" for their album Return to Cookie Mountain,[116] made a commercial with Snoop Dogg for XM Satellite Radio,[117] and joined with Lou Reed on Danish alt-rockers Kashmir's 2005 album No Balance Palace.[118] Bowie was awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award on 8 February 2006.[119] In April, he announced, "I’m taking a year off—no touring, no albums."[120] He made a surprise guest appearance at David Gilmour's 29 May concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The event was recorded, and a selection of songs on which he had contributed joint vocals were subsequently released.[121] He performed again in November, alongside Alicia Keys, at the Black Ball, a New York benefit event for Keep a Child Alive.[122] Bowie was chosen to curate the 2007 High Line Festival, selecting musicians and artists for the Manhattan event,[123] and performed on Scarlett Johansson's 2008 album of Tom Waits covers, Anywhere I Lay My Head.[124] On the 40th anniversary of the July 1969 moon landing—and Bowie's accompanying commercial breakthrough with "Space Oddity"—EMI released the individual tracks from the original eight-track studio recording of the song, in a 2009 contest inviting members of the public to create a remix.[125] A Reality Tour, a double album of live material from the 2003 concert tour, was released in January 2010.[126] In late March 2011, Toy, Bowie's previously unreleased album from 2001, was leaked onto the internet, containing material used for Heathen and most of its single B-sides, as well as unheard new versions of his early back catalogue."
