Did you hear how clear his voice is--totally up front!!! That's all I wanted!! Actually I didn't like the demo but somehow, even if it sounds a lot like it, Adam has managed to work his magic and make it sound real! How many times in a row can I listen to this without being a complete wack-job?

Smokey and Aralid--Just so you know, you've got company, it's not just you guys, BUT.... I do think this sounds like a MASSIVE radio hit, and that matters much more than whether it is right up my alley. Congrats, ADAM!!! Long ago and far away... I remember when snippets of FYE were released, and none of them really did justice to the whole songs. I say reserve judgement... Meanwhile, I'll listen to the snippet a *few* more times... sounds pretty darn good to me. |

Okay, you guys can jump all over me, but I am not enamored with the snippet- sounds too much like the demo. It also is reminicent of What do want from me - my least favorite song on the whole album. I truly was expecting something more peppier, in the dance vibe and am disappointed. Sorry, but I am not flailing as much as you, but I love the single's cover. I don't want him pidgeon wholed in the WWFM genre. I 3ant him to rock it out and dance it out. Look at what crap Adam's had to put up with from GQ just yesterday. Adam can't put out any old crap song like the Diva's do every other week. Adam needed a non-threatening song as a lead single. Once this song goes #1 around the world Adam will hopefully be able to take more risks on radio.  Don't want you to take this the wrong way, smokeyvera, but WWFM has sold close to 2 million copies and was Top 10 on Billboard and made it to #13 (or 11) on radio mediabase charts. |
