After hearing my San Francisco station KLLC 97.3 play BTIKM, I emailed them and wrote,"Thanks Jayn for playing Adam Lambert's Better Than I Know Myself!!! Loved hearing it on my radio station! Please play it often!!!." It pays to let your radio station know you're listening because she wrote back! ;D Thank YOU for the note, and for listening! Love Adam so much Jayn Music Director / Asst. Program Director follow-tastic: twitter.com/jaynatalice Alice @ 97.3 865 Battery St. San Francisco, CA 94111 ETA This is the DJ who did the really great interview with Adam a while back.

I agree the Queen appearance was unique and different but that wasn't selling Adam's music. Well I have no real knowledge about this besides my own opinion, but I have to totally disagree with this. I think what that performance did for his recognition level outside the US, is priceless, especially in the UK, and regardless of whether he was signing his music or not, the awareness that will bring him for his upcoming album will be invaluable, mainly because his performance was soooooo amazing. I also think if he is fortunate enough to get to perform with Queen at the Olympics, that will be the biggest score for his career he may ever have. I agree that the Queen performance was helpful--perhaps not in selling music directly to the public, but in getting recognition and respect from DJs and other people in the business of promoting music. I still think Adam's primary obstacle the first time around was the reluctance of radio to play his songs. The Queen performance may help to remove that particular barrier, especially, as you said, in the UK, where the lack of promotion was puzzling and frustrating.

help me out... where is AFL in this one? That's the point. AFL isn't in it but Adam Levine is although it is labeled as Adam Lambert, hence another Levine/Lambert mix-up.

Gosh all the angsting.. Hands over chest ,deep sighs.. I totally trust Adam and his new team,he chose them for a reason. He loves to surprise everyone and always comes up smelling like roses. Just think WWFM after all the angsting and up roar. IMHO,"Better Than I Know Myself" is going to be a major hit . I think Adam knows his fans do a great deal of the initial work.. so go organic and then boom.. He has done this many times over.. Building ,building.. climax. LOL
