I haven't been able to keep up with the threads for the past week or so, but I didn't want to forget to share this story. I was invited to a friend's house for Christmas Eve dinner. When I opened the door, she said, "I knew it would be you because Adam's latest song was just on the radio, you just missed it!" I asked her if she liked it and she did. She also asked when he would tour again as she wants to go with me!!!!

Izla Zandz (@izla_zandz) Posted Tuesday 27th December 2011 from Twitlonger Message to the "I'm disappointed" or "Adams not god" brigade: Picture this: a beautiful, happy, bride walks down the aisle, feeling tremulous and excited, knowing all eyes are upon her, and some fucker in the third row from the front pipes up "I'm really disappointed in her frock. I didn't expect her to wear something like that. Looks awful. She looks like a sack of potatoes! " Or this: it is opening night for a young artist'ts exhibition. It's new work and he is nervous but excited about showing it to the public. He is prepared for criticism, and wouldn't be an artist if he wasn't, but it still comes as a bit of a shock when some disgruntled punter says loudly (ensuring the whole gallery can hear) "This work is so disappointing. I expected better from this artist. This is shit." The problem in those 2 scenarios isn't that people have opinions. We all have them and are entitled to express them ( as opinionated people are fond of pointing out). No, the problem is to do with context, with where and when you express them. Do the public gatherings in either of the situations I described above need to know your opinions? Are you hoping that the wedding will be stopped, or the gallery doors closed, so that your opinion can be examined, discussed, validated and most importantly - find like minded support? It's fine not to like something an artist makes. But do you need to tell him, or announce your dislike on his fan site? Why would you do that? Do you want an apology? Do you want him to admit that he was wrong and you were right and the song is shit and he should have released a different song? Do you want people to argue with you or agree with you? Why? If you want to seriously critique Adam's work go for it! Blog about it! Go to music sites where music is is discussed and critiqued and give it a blast! But shut the fuck up on his fan site. And don't tweet your disappointment directly to him. Or find someone who makes the music you prefer to listen to and listen to them! Lastly, if you don't believe Adam Lambert is god well I pity you. He clearly is. Look at his fucking hair! That's why he and Brian May got on real good. Those dudes have power, and it ain't the human variety. tl.gd/evo93j · Reply *** Aleksandrakv, if this is something that is just being brought over from Twitter, I'd put a more definitive header / explanation at the top of the post, because it looks a bit too much like your opinion otherwise.

Okay....here's my two cents on the very puzzling promo ....
RCA is a business, so when they released BTIKM early, the fans did get a Christmas present, but that was not the underlying reason for the early release. If we don't see something big from Adam ASAP, then I'm going with the idea that RCA is testing the waters with fans and social media. Adam is recognized as being effective on social media stuff, so it makes sense to me that RCA would like to see what results they would get with his music....he's a good choice for this type of research. But it is very puzzling as so many have said here.
When January - March comes, regular promo will ensue like all other artists. I do expect high-profile stuff, cos I believe RCA is behind Adam 100%. And, of course, I'm hoping for some other out-of-the-box promo for him as well....just cos he's AFL and it fits his MO.

I think Sauli actually has three sisters: Sara is his twin, Saana is his older sister who is a singer, and there's another one but I don't know her name.

Is this Sauli's twin sister? He has two sisters right? I believe so, one is twin and the other is older. Sauli was born in Hyvinkää, Finland, and lives in Helsinki. Family includes a father Osmo, Virpi mother, twin sister, Sara, and two older sister, Salla, and Saana. Sauli cites the closest his feel his twin sister and tells his father as a role model, which admires.

i trained and worked as an artificial insemenator with the scottish milk marketing board ,ha many years ago ,i did this work for 5 years ,the semen was kept it tanks of liquid nitrogen ,in straws made of plastic ,we would take out the straw and put it in our teeth so it would thaw with our breath whilst we prepared the gun ,some of the older semen that had been stored a while ,usually for specialist breeders would be in a wider straw ,when held between the teeth they would sometimes split, giving us a rather nasty mouthfull evergreen - I loved "All Creatures Great and Small"! In fact, we named our youngest child "Tristan" after Siegfried's silly younger brother in the series! Welcome Back, Gelly
. One of my first jobs after becoming an RN was working for an OB/GYN doc - - and we'd receive vials of frozen donor semen. I'd thaw one at a time (description - "med student, caucasian, red hair, 6'2' . . . ) in a paper cup filled with warm water; then check a drop for viability under the microscope, and if things were moving I'd draw it up into a syringe and cross my fingers for the woman in the exam room. Pretty high tech!! My first post in a few days . . . hope to see a star!! Lilly - Your little story reminded me of one of my favorite series of books - by James Herriot, a vet in rural Scotland, who was also a wonderful story teller. His first book was "All Creatures Great and Small" and he writes of his experiences with the animals he dealt with, as well as their owners. For the animal lovers here especially, you would love these books. www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_13/188-8804860-6485838?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=james+herriot&sprefix=james+herriot#/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_17?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=james+herriot+all+things+bright+and+beautiful&sprefix=james+herriot+all&rh=n%3A283155%2Ck%3Ajames+herriot+all+things+bright+and+beautiful
