Awwwwwww poor Adam. I feel so bad for him being so sick, especially away from home. Sounds like he is being well taken care of though. Laughed so hard at the new onesie!! Oh, what I would give to see a pic of him it. But......that's NEVER gonna happen...lmao!! And, actually, I would really love to have one. It's cold back in this part of my house, where the computer is. I'm wrapped in blankies the whole time I'm back here and my feet & ankles are still cold. brrrrrrrr!! And, more snow on it's way tonight. :/ Back to the onesie though. I was thinking (at first) that maybe he should just climb in it and into bed. Then got to thinking that, depending on what type of flu he has, that might not be too good of an idea.  Probably TMI, huh? ;D I do hope he's over this as fast as the rest of the guys seem to be. Probably take a few days to be back to 100%, but Kevin sounded like he was lots better today. Ok, back to RL dredge....... ugh... |

Poor Adam, always horrible to be sick, but even worse to be sick away from home. Happy Birthday Cassie! Just e-mailed in a request to Virgin Vancouver radio and saw that they played it at 12:40 pm. I hope Adam knows his fans are sending him love & wishes for a quick recovery. I'm sure he does. He knows he is loved. I also hope he stays long enough to recover at least partially before that long-ass flight home. Maybe he would fly directly to NYC?
The Valentine Day incentive for the Water Charity is a great idea. It's lagging way behind last year and I think at least part of the reason is that fans are distracted by everything that's going on and also perhaps earmarking their money for albums and tour funds. I planned to give again but will wait to see if something is started here.

Went to a Super Bowl party yesterday and a "friend" that has disliked Adam since the AMA's was there. I don't bring him up much around her but everyone in this group of friends knows I'm a big fan. They wondered who was doing the National Anthem and I, of course, knew ;D and told them about the rumor and petition for Adam to do it. Somehow I said he couldn't anyway because he's in Europe right now and she said "Yeah, I know he's in Europe. I read that he got arrested!" : I started cracking up and said, "Yeah, (un-named person)! He's still in jail over there!" What an idiot. I think she was just waiting for an opening to mention that to me. I set the record straight for those that were listening to our exchange. : I'm seriously reconsidering our friendship. A good friend would have said something about me being a fan and asked what happened. IMHO Not her.  As to Randy Travis, I wasn't "mad" at him even on Idol that night - and I was already a BIG AFL FAN!! He seemed kind of thrown for a loop and it was, to me, pretty funny. It didn't appear that Adam was insulted or upset either. He laughed it off. Adam knew he was going to ruffle feathers.  Anyway, I happen to be seeing the same friend tonight in a group. She's a recent country music convert. I can't wait to bring up the Randy Travis incident. 8-) Feeling my dark side I guess.  My light side actually wishes the best for Randy Travis. He seems like a nice and talented guy.  |

Hee. The never-ending search for the MJ's Holy Grail of Negating Adam's Successes once and For All continues.
There was some line in some interview about how one of his songs was about cruising for sex, or something like that.
I figured they'd find something. I'm sort of surprised it's this, because I was guessing it would be the Queen thing.
/Shrug. Whatever gets them (and their woobies) through the night, right?
