Does Adele sound dancey or feel goodish.. her music makes Adam's BTIKM sound like a happy tune Good point! How about MKIA from Kelly? How did it do? Is that Gotye song catching on in the UK. I know the UK is creaming their pants over Lana Del Ray. How is that dancey or upbeat? There are no rules about what will be a hit in a given market but the UK is a very distinct market. We live in a global world but there are dramatic local differences. Just looking at Adam -- he has only had modest success in the UK and they are doing a great job build a foundation for him this time. They have made advocates of some key people in the UK who have opinions. It is clear that many in the media and radio exec in the UK prefer Trespassing and Cuckoo over BTIKM. And that is a great change from FYE (peaked at 37, 6 weeks on the chart) and WWFM (peaked at 54, 2 weeks on the chart). Whatever else, I am sure the some music from Trespassing will get a shot in the UK. |

Just have a question guys..... what does Tommy and Adam order when they go to starbucks? We know Adam drinks coffee but I'm not so sure if Sauli also drinks coffee though ;D |

Today I went back and watched and listened to BTIKM from the Jay Leno performance. After I heard the one from Sweden I wanted to compare the two. They are both beautiful. Something that has stuck in my head from a few days ago was when some interviewer told him that he really liked Aftermath. Adam asked him which version. How many times to you hear someone ask that question back?! We'll have a different version of BTIKM from now on too. How phucking delightful is that!?!?
I've made my daily radio requests. Are we doing W-A-M tonight?
