ETA: Adam is not done with the album yet. He said he is still working on the Bruno Mars track and will work on it for the next couple of weeks. Although we are dealing with Adam time -- he is in NY this week. So really isn't likely to finish this Adam-Bruno-Dr. Luke track until the end of February. That make an international release on March 18 - 20 highly unlikely. Looks like early April at the earliest to me -- Maybe end of March but they have to finish the song, review the album with RCA, finalize the track list, and produce and distribute the CDs and digital masters -- (I skipped some steps). Expect retail sites to be out of date until there is a new date. Amazon doesn't usually change the dates on their site until they get a new date or the expected release date is really close. They will also not update the Adam Lambert store until they have a new date -- and Adam's official site includes this: "Adam's sophomore album has almost arrived! Entitled Trespassing, the follow-up to Adam's hugely successful debut album, For Your Entertainment, is scheduled for a March 20th release!" |

The winning video is announced on Canadian TV. Also when the video is aired on Canadian TV Music stations it counts on All Access as a Canadian Top 40 radio spin, I'm pretty sure, so aside from sales/exposure, that's another reason to really push for BTIKM video airings on your local music channels. There are other lists on the site though for local Top 40 and HAC stations that haven't spun or added YET. It's important to request from those as well to show interest, but no more than three times a week. The HAC spin increase looks nice today! Lol... today was interesting for me. Got a phone call from my neighbour at 9.00am to say that there was a gaggle of 'suits' at the top of our driveway. It turned out to be >>> THE<<< most high powered level of Council you could probably ever have.  There was the CEO of Auckland Council (2IC to the Mayor) and every other CEO of major services within Auckland ie: Watercare, Road Transport, elected Councillor etc..... This was not department heads, field officers or assorted minions.... these people were THE tops of multi million dollar facets of our city's infrastructure. *gulps* Lol... I was in my dressing gown trying to catch up on Adamland when my neighbour rang me to say these people were around. Shit.... I had to bolt upstairs at a million miles an hour and put clothes and make-up on so as to appear 'normal'.... in time to go go outside and talk to them. : We've been getting subtle hints from ~sources in the last couple of weeks that Council might be thinking about buying our whole community out, but nobody will actually tell us WTF is actually going on. To have this level of peeps physically attend our properties this morning is HUGE! It's like they personally needed to see the damage to our properties before they signed the multi million dollar cheques that will be needed to sort the problems out. Now rabbitting.....lol... beddy byes from Catz now : : : Oh, Catz! Crossing my fingers that this may happen!! What a boon that would be! Hoping everything works out!!! HAC is about 1/3 reported --- but KBIG is not in yet -- I am hoping for an add for BTIKM but probably too soon. I will still hope for it.

Adele cleaning up on Grammys reminds me of the year Norah Jones walked away with an armload herself. Haven't heard much about her for a while. Is she still singing and recording - anyone know? I'm so glad Adam attended the pre-grammy functions and Clive Davis' party. He's keeping himself out there and looking gorgeous as well. I hear Norah all the time on my adult album alternative station (or whatever the heck the format is called). She has a new album coming out this Mapril  and is touring this summer. |
