Gaaaaaaaahhhh!!!!! Adam storm is making me spazzzzzzzzz.....lol
Adam sans very little make-up is gor-jus-ness personified. And, YES, his carriage and posture has always been such a beautiful thing to behold. Regal for realz!
eri9.... am feeling ya pain and frustration over the launch party sweetheart... I spent some time reading the NZGlitterTribe FB page last night for the first time in months
. Sorry, there is something about FB that I simply don't like and therefore avoid with the power of a thousand suns, but I am simply staggered by the huge amount of prep, forethought and excitement that is/has been going into the launch party.
For those that don't realise, the party that eri9 is talking about is indeed a biggie. This party is being planned for our WHOLE FUCKING COUNTRY to participate in. We may only be a small country, but the significance of bringing Adam fans together, in one place for the 'album launch' party is really significant. The sheer logistics and organising of people's lives of getting peeps to the venue via flights, accommodation etc is huge. To have the goal posts shifted in relation to the, apparently official date, at the last moment is ITA ~deflating to say the least. Many NZ fans have gone outside their comfort zones, both financially and personally to make this party happen.
The NZGlitterTribe WILL have a good/spazz/flail/squee time nonetheless, but the original concept was to be all together for the debut of Trespassing. The get togethers/parties that I have personally attended have been WONDERFUL. #bertingnonstop and an *understatement*

Lol... today was interesting for me. Got a phone call from my neighbour at 9.00am to say that there was a gaggle of 'suits' at the top of our driveway. It turned out to be >>>THE<<< most high powered level of Council you could probably ever have.
There was the CEO of Auckland Council (2IC to the Mayor) and every other CEO of major services within Auckland ie: Watercare, Road Transport, elected Councillor etc..... This was not department heads, field officers or assorted minions.... these people were THE tops of multi million dollar facets of our city's infrastructure. *gulps*
Lol... I was in my dressing gown trying to catch up on Adamland when my neighbour rang me to say these people were around. Shit.... I had to bolt upstairs at a million miles an hour and put clothes and make-up on so as to appear 'normal'.... in time to go go outside and talk to them. :
We've been getting subtle hints from ~sources in the last couple of weeks that Council might be thinking about buying our whole community out, but nobody will actually tell us WTF is actually going on. To have this level of peeps physically attend our properties this morning is HUGE! It's like they personally needed to see the damage to our properties before they signed the multi million dollar cheques that will be needed to sort the problems out.
