When Adam's UK documentary aired in the UK with Brian and Roger (talking about Freddie), was there any kind of acknowledgement or encouragement to watch from Brian or Roger? There is a mention of the special under “news” on the Queen Online Official Site. However, under “archives-1992-present—there is no mention of anything other than The Freddie Mercury Tribute concert. There used to be many mentions of Adam, even when he was doing big solo things. I hope someone can point me in the direction of where all of those mentions have been moved. It’s like they are now excluding any collaboration, either with Paul Rogers or with Adam.

With nothing about QAL anymore or maybe never and that EP and songs that I just can't get excited about, it is a little depressing, lol. Not for Adam cause he is enjoying the parties. But my bet is he is probably a little sick of so much of that by now too and ready to get back on the world stage in some format. Oliver not so much cause he seems like the ultimate party boy and is living his best play dress-up fantasies. HA. And of course there is The Voice Australia to look forward to but who even knows when that will happen?

Listning to Adams last major studio release. Velvet. Damn that was an underrated album objectively. Commercially so so. But critically some of the best work of his career in their. Particularly Stranger you are, Closer to you, and Ready to Run. Agree 100%. It was such a shame that Velvet was release by Empire and during Covid cause I think if it had been released by Warner (with a universal reach and not a small label like Empire), it would have been a commercial success. My favorites were Closer to You, Feel Something, Loverboy but I loved the WHOLE album. Alt, Pop-rock, Rock, soul, funk and pop. And it was some of Adam's (and co-writers) best work and lyrics. So meaningful. My heart still breaks, lol. I hope Adam has not given up on this type of music but not sure his heart is there anymore.
