Question: why is it still classified as Pop on the charts and not Dance or Electronic (the genres I see on iTunes Charts)?

Well, I am amazed, thrilled, gobsmacked, flabbergasted, awestruck, and just plain surprised and happy that Afters is doing so well on iTunes!!!!! And in the US, too! GO ADAM! You took a risk and ran with it, and it's working!

You took a risk and ran with it, and it's working! I don't want to throw cold water on your excitement, but iTunes is not a measure of anything nowadays, as barely anyone is using it anymore. The majority of music consumers are on Spotify and YouTube (which includes free access). I am listening to the EP on Spotify right now. In my humble opinion, the EP is pretty good for what it is, and a full-circle for Adam as some of the songs sound like what he was recording pre-Idol. But it is like driving a Ferrari to the corner store - a misuse of a great voice. My favorite by far remains Lube. I cannot stand Neck. Deep House is ok. I am meh on the rest.
