Hello!! I’m still alive. It’s good to see that so many of you are here too. A quick question, if I may, why are we fairly sure that Adam will be on Broadway? I mean, it could be the West End too, right? They need an emcee as well from September… Egoistically, I really hope that it’ll be London 🤞 Much love ❤️ Hello, old friend! Sooo glad you are still alive. I tried to manifest Adam in the West End but may be beaten on this (though still no word on London replacement). Perhaps he’ll do a run in NY and a run here. Never know your luck. xxxx

I mean, it could be the West End too, right? They need an emcee as well from September… Egoistically, I really hope that it’ll be London 🤞 Much love ❤️ Nice to see you!!! Somebody on SM claimed they knew or had an inside track of Adam being in Cabaret...but I'm not sure why we think it's on Broadway lol. Looks like Adam is getting ready to announce something, and he says he's going to be busy for a while, but nobody knows 100% at this point. Since I won't be able to go either way, it doesn't matter to me whether it's Broadway or West End lol. Just a FYI guys. The Broadway production of Cabaret is a much bigger deal for Adam than the West End. Eddie Redmayne won the Oliver award which is the equivalent to the Tony when it first opened almost 2 years ago. There have been many replacements since then. Eddie is leaving in September so the first and maybe only actor who takes over for him will be a very big deal with a lot of press. And I think he’ll have a lot of leeway to make the part his own. And I doubt Adam would do a run on the West End in a play that has been already running for 2 years.

Also all the comments I’ve seen on various websites regarding him being the replacement, people are very excited.

Oh Gee, never thought of the West End as I thought all the gossip was about Broadway. Fingers crossed it's NY and not London.

sizzling63. I don’t come here every day now and have just seen your post from yesterday. I totally understand your reaction and it has added to the great sadness I’m feeling at the moment. I just wanted to connect. X

I am happy about the anticipation surrounding the Adam's joining the Cabaret cast! It will be great to have something to be happy about and rally around. Broadway is a big deal, after all! My naturally optimistic mind just flies when I think of it. In my daydreams, I think of Adam getting a lot of buzz for his emcee performance. And then my daydream moves to him getting a sit-down on Stephen Colbert. And then he's asked to host SNL. I know they're just daydreams, but I hope the gig gets him some healthy media attention.
