I'm sorry for being the most annoying person in the forum and probably all around the world, but guys, a difference in the number of votes in the Finnish chart is pretty ridiculous.
Please, vote here ylex.yle.fi/musiikki/soittolista I voted yesterday. It is not allowing to vote today in the same browser. I did vote from a different browser but the count did not change...it was 814 and is still 814... I am not sure if it is checking the IP address... I think it's on one of those 24 hour clocks. I voted this a.m. and now can't vote. I wish they would put these votes on a daily calendar instead of the 24 hour thing. |

Happily, Lambert proved up for the task during a recent chat with Tommy Griffiths at Washington, DC’s WBIG FM. Lambert recalled his early experiences discovering Queen’s music, flashing back to the early ’90s, “I think when I was a kid and I saw ‘Wayne’s World.’” (Feel old yet, longtime fans?) That proved to be a potent gateway into songs that would eventually have a profound effect on his life and career. “My father was a DJ in college,” remembered Lambert, “and he had a huge record collection. He busted out all the Queen albums he had, and I saw the pictures of Freddie and heard his voice, and I was like, why don’t I know this — who is this? I instantly recognized how theatrical their sound was, but it was also rock…the connection was instant for me.” As for whether or not there will be live recordings of his time with the band, Lambert sounded hopeful. “I hope so. Hi Guys! Can i flail a little?? I just saw the Mix 104.1 video clip (one the header of today's discussion and the3 DJ god bless his socks, asked two of my questions starting at 10.14 If you had one object you could have that could improve your quality of life what would it be? And adam said: Ooooh thats good! I like that question! (Me: yaya!) Then he said: umm i dont think its about objects to improve the quality of your life at the end of the day is it. I think it goes deeper than that. I dont know. Gregg Daniels: what is your best quality Adam: I DONT KNOW (starts laughing) maybe thats the best quality hahah the fact that i dont know (he seemed to be very amused about that.) Please, vote here ylex.yle.fi/musiikki/soittolista  It is a poll for a weekly programme on one radio channel. Taken from my memory, the programme is 1.5 or 2 hours long and it is broadcasted on Saturday afternoon and repeated on Sunday morning. I guess they play the top ten and some of the songs placed 11-20 and some newcomers. So, it is not that crucial if Adam is first or fifth as long as the single gets airplay in the programme. Of course, a top placement is betterer! I did post the link a few times when it looked like it was dropping or there might be several new singles to go up in the top ten and possibly moving BTIKM out of the ten most wanted songs. I hope that we can keep it up there somewhere until a big push for the song a couple of weeks before the album drops. At that time we need all Finns to write comments too. And then we might need help on other channels too (there requesting is more tricky, you need facebook or have to give email info etc). Thank you for your support and please keep voting!I am trying to reciprocate with voting and clicking where I can. |
