Bieber has something that Adam doesn't have. Millions of elementary age/tween girls buying his music. It's the same thing that is happening to One Direction. They had more people show up at The Today show than any artist in the history of Today show concerts. Their album is opening this week at around 200K and it is number one on charts all over the world. You don't need CHR hits, when you have millions of little girls and their Moms buying your albums, merchandise and concert tickets. Justin had three songs in the top 20 on CHR. Adam hasn't been able to break into the top 50 on CHR with this single. There really isn't much comparison here on "perception". SO...... ????? |

I hope you do!!! I'm having RL issues today and in a bad mood because of that. I'm also not caught up - still on p. 1 ;D You all have probably left this far behind but I haven't because it saved my day! It lightened my mood and even made me HAPPY! This performance of Trespassing is....hyperbole warning....the best thing he has EVER DONE! Ok, maybe ONE of the best things. But still! God how I love it!

Don't be sad! I think it is amazing that Adam's Charity Water page has raised almost $70k this time around. Even if it does not make its goal, it is not a failure, as any little bit helps. Look at Justin Biebers page, he has only raised 15K since 2/28. Thank you for saying this. I think last year the fans went above and beyond raising over 300K for charity water. Even if the goal falls short this year the adam fans will still have raised over 1 million dollars for the various charities he supports since 2009 which is pretty damn incredible. |

I cant find the "Adam says words" thread. I am lost while searching and keep being distracted and falling down some unexpected sinkholes rabbitholes ... where do I add my appreciation for "dichotomy" ? Also, is the Adamtopia Dictionary Thread dead? "Maypril" needs to be added ... and I am sure lots of other gems I can't think of right now.

Does anyone know if somebody has organized a listing of mp3/mp4's for all these promos Adam's been doing? I would love a list done in date order so I could see what I've missed and download them for my IPod. Thanks for any information. |
