You guys, ADAM IS FUCKIN BRILLIANT!!!!!!!! Do you see all the black and yellow in every performance photo!! OMG! How does he come up with these things?! The performance was overwhelming! This song, this song is unbelievable! the energy of it, the band, the visuals! I just can't even think of anything coherent to say! Really! The backup singers and the styling is just incredible! They sounded amazing! Adam commanded that stage and that room. How they came up with this with only, what 2 nights rehearsal, is beyond me. The "girls" were totally in sync with Adam. They even did a move together. You know when Adam says "crack" twice in the song? They had a move where they cocked their heads in sync to the left on "crack!"
I feel like I'm babbling! It was a long day, so maybe I can think of something else to say tomorrow! 
So tired but so happy to witness Adam once again captivate and slay the crowd. He was FIERCE and the energy was electrifying. TRESSPASSING is so very Adam and while I was on the cuckoo train after hearing him sing it live the first time at Jezebel, the crowd's response to this song tells me this is going to be a hit. You cannot help but dance!
8toInfinity and I arrived at the venue around 3 pm and immediately saw MyS*&@^#r and SusieFierce just ahead of us. It was a pleasure to meet MyS*&@^#r for the first time.
We were told cellphones and cameras were not allowed so we gathered them and Infinity took them back to her car. We stood in line for about 3 hours but it was OK since I was able to meet and talk to many fans. I had the impression that majority of the people who were standing in line at that point were Adam fans. We could not see the red carpet as it was on the other side of the building but we could see the limos as they pulled away.
When they finally let us in, we were able to find the best seats in the balcony. We had a good and clear view of the stage.
Sauli and Raja came in first and sat on the first row right behind the "pit". Adam joined them a little later and sat right next to Sauli. They were quite chatty and gave each other back rubs. Kelly did a great a job as a host and changed outfits many times. I must confess I did not pay much attention to the different acts and presenters as I had my binoculars trained on Adam the whole time. I was actually glad when Adam left to go backstage after about 45 minutes so I can listen to the other acts and presenters.
As Susie tweeted earlier, Kelly gave Adam a glowing introduction -she was such a fangirl. When Adam came out, I think I stopped breathing. As Paula in her own unique way said on AI, "he owned the stage". I did not see anyone else, not even the backup singers. My eyes just followed his every move and nothing else mattered but that vision and that voice. People were all on their feet, clapping, stomping and dancing. Our section which were all Adam fans sang and danced along. And when the confetti started, all I can think of was, he deserves this and more. He left the stage so abruptly that it felt somehow (to me anyway) that the performance was incomplete. I guess in a way, especially for new fans, it left them wanting more. But that confetti shower was a sight to behold! It was so thick at one point that I could not see him. I gathered some of the confetti to add to my "collection". I am so down the rabbit hole and I am loving every minute of it.
Cannot think of anything more to add. Quite a long day but I would not trade it for the world.

Last night was fun! It was nice to meet you Mayumi and 8toinfinity. I see all the lovely Atop ladies had a great time! Adam was so beautiful and Trespassing was great! I love the backup singers too! Brian London looked so hot.
I wish I was with an Adam fan in the pit tho. My friend who got the pit ticket is not really a fan. We were literally 5 feet away from Adam and she didn't even give him a look. I was like squeeing so hard inside when Adam sat down and I commented on how beautiful he looked and she didn't even say anything. :( Oh well, she doesn't like BTIKM and I told her before the performance that I hope she would like the new song. She didn't say anything after the performance so I think she wasn't impressed. Four dudes came into the pit right before Adam's performance and they were so excited for him! They obviously love him. It was really nice to see Adam got some love from them. 
Okay, I'm caught up on all the pictures and recaps from last night and the others have done such a good job I just have a couple of things to add.
First of all, it was so good getting to hang with SusieFierce, MyS*&@^#r, Mayumi, Dietcoke and many others. As we have all said many times before, this fandom has the most amazing members ever! But, although Glamberts dominated the front of the line waiting to get in, the rest of the line and the audience inside was very diverse and, in my experince, super friendly and excited, right down to the group in the unisex bathrooms!
As Mayumi said, we got great seats in the balcony. I have to give MyS*&@^# props for that. I didn't see that there was a lower section and was ready to sit down further back, but she said "Keep going, keep going" and low and behold there were a couple more rows of seats in front of the big camera platform and down lower. This was the most comfortable theater seating ever! After standing in line for 3 hours we appreciated the wide upholstered bench seats with an aisle wide enough for little tables in front of us. The front row had the little tables, but Mayumi and I were in the row behind the front and our row was wide open. Easy to get up, move around, go to the restroom, look over the rail. Plus we were looking directly at the performance stage, could see all of the other stages all around the venue and had a very unobstructed view of where Adam, Sauli and Raja sat together in the front row. They, were in folding chairs. Not nearly as cool as the booth thing they were in with Paula Abdul last year.
Sauli and Adam are so cute together. Always talking back and forth. Sauli sat between Adam and Raja and appeared to be very comfortable just being with Raja when Adam was gone (probably about 2/3's of the show). When Adam was there, he got so much attention before the show and during the commercial breaks. (I didn't see anyone else getting so much attention.) At one point a photographer (not just a fan) came up wanting a picture of him and Sauli together so Adam lifted his arm up around Sauli and pulled him in and a collective "sigh" went up in the audience - at least from the folks around us. It was pretty funny. The group in the pit stood right in front of A&S but they were herded in and out for TV purposes during the commercial breaks. At one of these times a fan got in front of Adam talking to him and security had to finally make her leave with the rest of the pit folks (obviously NOT Dietcoke's friend. LOL)
During the whole show, which IMHO went very quickly and was a lot of fun, the audience response for Adam was loud and enthusiastic. Kelly O. announced the "lineup" in her opening and he was clearly the headliner and got the biggest response. As you've already heard, the introduction to his performance was OTT and you could feel the energy in the air. On the closer video up thread, you see him coming on stage and hear the cheering and people saying his name. That was BEFORE the lights came on. Kelly was on another stage in the spotlight getting ready to make her introduction. The other performers were in the dark while being introduced as well, but I don't remember the same anticipatory responses for them. Very electric.
Well you know all about how EPIC the performance was - (sorry Adam, you make us use that word). I could only look at him on stage, forgot to check out the new band member, barely glanced at the backup singers. : I did check out the audience below several times. Even some of the guys that looked reserved at first started head bobbing and raising their hands. HOW COULD THEY NOT!!!!
AFL never ceases to amaze me. The backup singers were genius. How does he think of these things. And the black and yellow trespassing theme is brilliant. I'm betting the next tour will be just that, the Tresspassing Tour. Why not? Easy Peezy.
Final comments, when you watch the show on TV, toward the end of Rye Rye's performance a blow up dolphin will fly onto the stage - "Great throw over all the pit people, Sauli!!"
The little Eden pageant girl creeped me out.
Afterward, 6 of us went to dinner right down the street. The young waiter asked us if we had just come from Mama Mia ......LMAO. Yeah, we're all frantically tweeting about and looking up pictures of Mama Mia on our newly retrieved phones. -HARDLY!
Can't wait to tell my dgd that I saw Josh Hutcherson (Hunger Games) get an award.....IN PERSON!!! She will be soooo jealous.

Case in point, their illustrious roster of nominees, performers, and winners this year that included everyone from Next Mega-Star winner Josh Hutcherson to Beyond Style Award winner and host of the evening, Kelly Osbourne, who went through a total of SEVEN outfit changes. And she wasn't the only one changing it up all super funz-style from red carpet to stage to after-party, Kat Graham, Rye Rye, and Adam Lambert put on their own personal fashion shows, too. We're talking everything from neon prints and sparkle motion to lightning bolt statements and some serious man-leather.

There's really nothing to say here other than yep, uh-huh, perf, yum-town, and glory glory hallelujah because, as you can see, Adam Lambert is killing it yet again with his goth glam majesty. On the red carpet, he stuck to well-tailored noir-ish basics with a tux jacket over black pants, a trailing shirt, and black boots. Also in attendance? Black nail polish, rings galore, and a sort of amulet necklace that we need to own. For his performance, he changed into a different black suit jacket lined in sparkles along the lapel and sleeves paired with super-snug LEATHAHHHHH pants. Fainting couch please!

Random Observations

We deviated from the norm this week at Moheak Radio and took a roadtrip away from the studio to the red carpet at LogoTV’s New Now Next Awards! For the first time in Moheak history, we took viewers right to the guests as we planted ourselves in the thick of the red carpet extravaganza, interviewing pop culture provocateurs and red carpet royalty as they shocked and frocked their way into The Avalon in Hollywood.
Afterward, we got to hang out in the green room with the winners and performers (including Adam Lambert, seen in our pic above) while sipping yummy signature cocktails (the marshmellow concoction was our favorite!) AS WELL AS go back and forth to a great seat inside for the show… right next to the bar! Ha!
Speaking of Mr. Lambert, we also just happened to interview the much-beloved — much obsessed-over! — singing star this week for the LA Weekly’s upcoming People Issue, and while we don’t want to spoil the goodies he gave us — and rest assured, we got stuff we are POSITIVE nobody else has ever got from him — we will say this: his new music is going to surprise a lot of people! He played us three tracks off his cell phone and they are funky with a capital “F.” Dance floors will be pumping this stuff out guaranteed. He may even have to change his nickname from Glambert to Whambert, as the sound is somewhere in between George Michael and Michael Jackson… If you haven’t seen them yet, here are the two pics we tweeted the day of the interview and photo shoot, PLUS a bonus third shot (left) not seen before!
But enough about that for now, the LOGO Awards were a blast both inside and out. As we mention in the embedded videos below, we usually pass on red carpet coverage due to the ravenous nature of photogs and bad vibes we get from celebrity journalists who fight for time with famous peeps. Not our bag. But when Logo’s carpet happened to coincide with our Moheak webshow, we decided to take a chance and film it LIVE. The result is admittedly kinda choppy (the Justin TV app is good, but it cuts in and out alot). Still, we think we got some fun footage, and our girl Kirsti Urpa did a great job holding down the fort in studio…
