 Yeah it was pretty random but it did used to get shown on daytime music TV here which isn't unexpected but totally cool. Wonder how it did elsewhere? And how that Queen vid did for that matter? Idk, NG  This is completely OTT, but I really have to say it because I'm very proud of it: we have an amazing festival here in Serbia, it's called EXIT, with phenomenal set of performers every year. My dream: to see Adam Lambert on one of the stages. I have to head out for part of the day now. Before I go, I needed to finish folding laundry. Do any other old-timers remember the ridiculous discussion on PF about how to fold fitted sheets?  Every time I have to do it I think of PF and then go "who cares!" Then I kind of fold them and smash them down. There are no laundry police at my house. Be back later. Will probably miss the live stream.  |

Hi guys. I am out of town visiting my family. When the concert starts I will be out with everyone but plan on rushing the group home. Upon return there will likely be six young cousins running thru the only room in my mother's house with internet. I am planning on telling everyone I need to run to the store for something and racing to the nearest McDonalds hot spot with my laptop (gotta sneak that out somehow). So my question is: are we sure that Queen starts 1 1/2 hours into the show? I thought the show was only scheduled for 2 hours total. I don't have too much extra time to waste and dont want to miss the beginning.
I have an upset stomach thinking about it--not at all worried but...THIS IS HUGE. I am imagining the emotions of Adam as he is likely preparing now... Who want's to live forever---It is too much for me to think about without getting worked up. And to think, others will be mindlessly eating french fries as I sit in the booth glued to a stream from Ukraine.

Didn't the tweet from the sound check yesterday say that Brian was singing "Who Wants to Live Forever?" Sure would love to hear Adam sing it as Freddie did in the video that was posted. Brian sang the beginning and then Freddie took over. That would be beyond amazing. I'm sure the tweet from soundcheck said Adam was singing WWTLF and Brian was singing Love of My Life. I will lose control of all bodily functions listening to Adam sing Who Wants to Live Forever! OMG We have to get a good quality stream. Please, please, please!!!  Correct. Love of My Life is Brian's song. The person also said it is ending with a video of Freddie singing it with him. Remember, in those rehearsal pics from 2 weeks ago, one showed Freddie on the back screen. Also, why is everyone thinking Eber hasn't met Brian and Roger yet? Not only were they at the Finale but also, this year the week Brian and Roger did Idol as mentors, Eber was in LA for a few days. Remember we were specualting then, if Eber was at the "meeting/get together" that Adam had with them. |
