I donated last night but I have not created a UK iTunes account. Are UK iTunes still needed?

maybe people who want to be gifted from ATOP but aren't on twitter can PM justgill here with their UK itunes email addy? Saves a step  Looking at my account it seems I've done 16, but some show [redeemed] against them but only the first batch. Is anyone ready for any more ? |

Hi all...newbie here and decided to post for the first time. I love this site, so much information and pictures. It has been a great week - what a kick-ass singer/performer Adam is!
I've been an Adam fan from the get-go but I also live in a very conservative area where there is much negativity about him and it is tough going. So cool to hear from like minded people who are fans and celebrate his success together.

I know but what happens if it really does matter and w are so close We're not gonna get there tonight, but it really doesn't matter. The midweek chart is what really matters, getting it to the top 10 between now and the midweek chart is the visibility Shosh is aiming for, but no one in the UK's gonna see it this late, if we can get it to the top 10 by tomorrow late-afternoon-ish then we've cracked it  |

Nope, you can't gift with a UK gift card you have bought. I tried that, and the fine print says it won't work. You also can't buy the single twice yourself, even if you delete the first one you bought. You have to be gifted to get it a second time. I have gifted myself. I send the gift to a different email addres than the one I use for my iTunes. I get the download link in that address and then download to my normal iTunes. I have been charged for the gifted songs once I have downloaded. I have done that to send the singles to people living in other countries. I sent them their copies and the sales do not suffer. Yes, I did that for the US DLs back in January and April. I have 2 e-mail accounts I use for things like Facebook and twitter and gifted myself. It worked. |
