Please note that the world clock above is not set the same way as we're used to - at least for me it gives London time (and not Helsinki). No biggie when it has the NY time you can check with the time zones in world clock to determine the time in your zone.

I have no idea. My guess would be the music starts at about 6 pm EDT. Although I wouldn't expect Adam to be the first performer...

And the 10 pm EDT is the time when it ends - apparently there's a curfew. (I recall an after party indoors, don't know about music there.)
