Slightly off topic but Tommy Joe Ratliff just announced the pre sale for his 2015 calendar. $100 for a signed one - $50 unsigned. Seems a little steep no ? I didn't pay anywhere near that for Adams - but I would have ...... My home-made Adam calendars cost much less than that. Of course, I am not marketing them or trying to make money. But, if it helps TJ pay the rent and people want to buy them, go for it. His buddy, Adam, is working with another guitarist these days.

Speaking of Adam's confidence on stage, two times when it saved him are first the Ray of Light performance on Divas when he couldn't hear and knew he was in the wrong key, but was able to carry on and save it when he finally got his "ears," and the Chicago QAL show when his mic conked out. Can you imagine, first song of the first show, having that happen? He handled it so well! There were a few other times during Q+AL when things went awry and he just went on or worked through it or adlibbed. A couple that immediately come to mind are the messed up UP in Philly -- Roger and Adam just laughed afterwards. And the curtain miss at IZOD (East Rutherford, NJ) -- when guys from the production crew had to go on stage, roll up the curtain into a giant snake of cloth and carry it off. ** But I still remain astounded that his first Q+AL concert was Kiev.

Is their a reason why Adam is still in London? He obviously likes to socialise haha. But is their anything pressing coming up as to why he hasent returned to LA yet? Nye is over three weeks away. Must be Queen related. Wonder if Qal are being seriousley considered for the bond theme song. Altho Sam Smith, Lorde, Mumford and Sons must be considered favs. But theoretically speaking, would be a turning point in Adams career.

And that time in Australia ITLOTGR when lots of people thought he was doing a new groove

There was a major guitar failure in Houston. Live and dangerous. I agree on the Kiev show, it still astounds me how many "critics" bash his performance there. That was the ultimate balls of steel moment. I cannot even begin to image what looking out onto that crowd must have felt like. BOS to the max.

He might be on his way back to LA. (or have already landed.) I guess we will find out what he was/is doing there in time. Q+AL getting a Bond theme song seems really like a longshot. I think Sam Smith is the most likely choice.
